"Mordy the technician who helped out was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and clear with his inspection of our split units that needed servicing. He arrived early and was polite coming in and out of the house, ensuring he didn’t leave a mess behind, and presented me with a handful of options on directions to go with the repair. Also a big shoutout to their office manager who received my call.. great customer service and phone manners! They didn’t have availability till a week out but said she would follow up should an opening become available.. she messaged over text later in the day with a new slot. I am very impressed and will be contacting them again for additional work. Highly recommend!!!"

"Engaged this aircon company for servicing and troubleshooting as my aircon was not cooling well and making some noise. From the first WhatsApp enquiry, their response was fast and clear, which already gave a good impression. Appointment was arranged smoothly, and Alfred and Kumar came on time as scheduled. Both technicians were very professional, friendly, and patient. They took the time to check the unit properly, explained the issue clearly in simple terms, and advised on what needed to be done without any hard selling. They also shared what was necessary and what could wait, which I really appreciated. During the servicing, they worked neatly and carefully, and made sure the area was clean before leaving. After the servicing, the aircon was noticeably colder and much quieter. They tested everything thoroughly and also shared some basic maintenance tips to help prolong the lifespan of the unit. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, exactly as quoted, with no hidden charges. Overall, very satisfied with their service. Honest, reliable, and fuss-free — not easy to find these days. Will definitely engage them again for regular servicing and will recommend them to family, friends, and neighbours."

"Found Kai Leong Air-conditioning through Google search on "honest air con servicing". Their response to my queries was fast and professional. When their guys came to service my air con I was even more impressed. Shout out to Rafiq who is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. He did a thorough check on all my air con units and rectify all the issues with no up selling. Prices are all transparent and indeed honest! Will be using their air con servicing from now on."

"The technical skills are very poor. My air conditioner isn’t cooling properly. After the first repair, it worked for a year, then stopped cooling again. When I asked them, they said the warranty had expired — I didn’t pursue it further. But less than six months later, it broke down again. When I asked them, they said they would charge me again. I’ll never go to them again — there’s absolutely no after-sales service guarantee."

"Not too sure about their services but their drivers think they are racing on the open roads. Weaving in and out of traffic and even resort to driving on lane 1 of the expressway. Its a miracle they are still alive after such performance. Hopefully they just get points deduction instead of going back in caskets. Hotline person speak so softly only ants able to hear.
