Found Kai Leong Air-conditioning through Google search on "honest air con servicing". Their response to my queries was fast and professional. When their guys came to service my air con I was even more impressed. Shout out to Rafiq who is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. He did a thorough check on all my air con units and rectify all the issues with no up selling. Prices are all transparent and indeed honest! Will be using their air con servicing from now on.

I came across this company on Reddit and, despite them having a relatively small number of reviews (4.7 from 34 reviews), I decided to give them a try as my usual aircon servicing company’s technicians were on holiday. I called in and Hao Jun (who I understand is the boss) was very responsive and arranged for technicians to come down in less than one hour, which was impressive. During the call, I was informed there would be a fee to check for an aircon leak, but this was later waived as I proceeded with servicing 3 aircon units (total $98.10 inclusive GST). They also recommended servicing the condenser unit ($40 + GST), which I agreed to. Around two hours later, I noticed the aircon was still leaking, and earlier they were unable to identify the source. I called back, and Hao Jun reassured me he would send the same technicians (Iqbal and Mahid) back again. True to his word, they returned in under two hours. This time, they identified the issue and fixed it by tightening the aircon drain pipe joint and sealing it with glue to resolve the leak. They also pointed out that the blower was cracked, which was something my usual aircon servicing company (who installed and has been servicing my units for years) had never highlighted. Overall, I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to follow up and resolve the issue. Good service recovery and commitment to getting the job done right 👍 Tip: If you suspect a leak, it helps to keep the aircon running so the technicians can better identify the source of the issue.

So far, this is the best I have experienced. My aircon were installed by them and they give very good recommendations based on your needs. Their technicians are very experienced and professional. They will even give very good advice. Their technicians also do a very good job in cleaning and servicing.

Engaged Kai Leong Air-Conditioning to service two of my Mitsubishi Starmex units. This was after hearing about their great reputational heritage from several online friends of mine. The booking process was straightforward and Ms. Cindy was responsive throughout the conversation. She followed up properly and kept the arrangements clear. The two technicians arrived on time and worked carefully. They pointed out that both units had a roller issue was caused by a previous contractor and explained it clearly. Despite that, they still cleaned both units thoroughly. They didn’t rush the job and took time to answer my questions. I appreciated that they were honest and didn’t try to upsell anything. The aircons have been working well since the servicing. Overall the service felt reliable and professional. Communication before and after the job was good. Can’t wait to further contract them again for future servicing! 👍🏻
