Mordy the technician who helped out was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and clear with his inspection of our split units that needed servicing. He arrived early and was polite coming in and out of the house, ensuring he didn’t leave a mess behind, and presented me with a handful of options on directions to go with the repair. Also a big shoutout to their office manager who received my call.. great customer service and phone manners! They didn’t have availability till a week out but said she would follow up should an opening become available.. she messaged over text later in the day with a new slot. I am very impressed and will be contacting them again for additional work. Highly recommend!!!
Highly recommend this cooling company! They installed our AC and did an amazing job from start to finish. Very professional, honest, and easy to deal with. They showed up on time, worked neatly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The AC is working great now. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
