I'm renting and have used these guys for over 2 years for two different apartments. Last time I asked them to come down was yesterday because the filter light that was red was blinking - it's an old cassette type aircon. I asked them to come down and do a check and clean yesterday, and then they left assuming it was okay cause it was blowing cold air... But when I switched it off after they left, the red light came back on. When I reported it to their office, I was told they'll charge me another $50 ON TOP OF WHAT I'VE PAID WHICH DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM WHICH BRINGS MY TOTAL TO OVER $100 FOR ONE UNIT. I HAVE TO PAY THEM TO CHECK THE WORK WHICH THEY DIDN'T DO PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE. To say I'm ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED after being a loyal customer for quite awhile is putting it mildly. I don't know if the person I spoke to is new, but she needs an attitude check too. Customer service is 👎
Did servicing for my system 3 aircon. Very well done. Neighbour also Complained of leaking from my compressor they did a Complimentary check and confirmed there's no leak and that sometimes in Singapore heat there is some condensation. Thank you! Will book again for sure!
