Engaged this aircon company for servicing and troubleshooting as my aircon was not cooling well and making some noise. From the first WhatsApp enquiry, their response was fast and clear, which already gave a good impression. Appointment was arranged smoothly, and Alfred and Kumar came on time as scheduled. Both technicians were very professional, friendly, and patient. They took the time to check the unit properly, explained the issue clearly in simple terms, and advised on what needed to be done without any hard selling. They also shared what was necessary and what could wait, which I really appreciated. During the servicing, they worked neatly and carefully, and made sure the area was clean before leaving. After the servicing, the aircon was noticeably colder and much quieter. They tested everything thoroughly and also shared some basic maintenance tips to help prolong the lifespan of the unit. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, exactly as quoted, with no hidden charges. Overall, very satisfied with their service. Honest, reliable, and fuss-free — not easy to find these days. Will definitely engage them again for regular servicing and will recommend them to family, friends, and neighbours.

Update: After a follow-up appointment had been arranged to inspect the leaking unit, I was informed that the appointment would no longer proceed after this review was posted. This experience left me feeling that honest customer feedback was not well received and that the commitment to follow up on the issue changed once a review was submitted. All the best to your company. On 28 April, one of my air-conditioners was leaking, so I urgently looked for a servicing company and came across AC Aircon Services. They quoted $90 for servicing 3 units, plus an additional $50 to fix the leaking issue. I was assured that the leak would be resolved, as the extra $50 was specifically charged to solve the problem. The appointment was scheduled for 11:30am, but I only received a call at 11:40am informing me that they would be late and asking if I was willing to wait. The technician eventually arrived around 12pm. Unfortunately, on 30 May, another unit started leaking again. This meant that the issue had not been properly resolved despite the additional charge and assurance given during the servicing. I also found the extra $50 charge difficult to justify, as the technician mainly cleaned the filter and performed suction on the drainage pipe—services that many other companies include as part of their standard servicing packages. What was even more disappointing was the after-sales service. When I contacted them again on 30 May regarding the new leak, they were far less responsive than before. I was simply told that someone would come the next day, but no specific time was provided. After that, my messages went unanswered, leaving me uncertain about the follow-up arrangements. Overall, I was disappointed with both the effectiveness of the repair and the level of customer service provided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend paying extra for a “leak repair” service unless a clear diagnosis and proper rectification work are carried out.

Mr. Kumar did an excellent job servicing the air conditioner. He was very friendly, professional, and carried out the service thoroughly and neatly. I'm very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

Texted early this morning, immediately booked in the afternoon, was told they'd come at 2pm for two hours, they came prompt and took less time than expected for 3 aircons serviced and fixed one broken one. The team of Govind, Kyung and Peter, communicated the issues and costs very well. Did not feel overcharged or rushed to make any decisions. Everything was fully taken care of, great customer service too. Kudos team, would definitely recommend.
