Not too sure about their services but their drivers think they are racing on the open roads. Weaving in and out of traffic and even resort to driving on lane 1 of the expressway. Its a miracle they are still alive after such performance. Hopefully they just get points deduction instead of going back in caskets. Hotline person speak so softly only ants able to hear. Sounded like she was doing something that cannot be written here. Best of luck! ;)

The team at H Cool led by Mr Loy did an excellent job replacing my air-conditioning system (including piping). They were professional, skillful and competent. Mr Loy walked me through a detailed action plan during the site visit, and the office followed up with a concise quote and responded to my questions/requests promptly and efficiently. The installation went without incident and the job was completed successfully, above and beyond my expectations.
