The technical skills are very poor. My air conditioner isn’t cooling properly. After the first repair, it worked for a year, then stopped cooling again. When I asked them, they said the warranty had expired — I didn’t pursue it further. But less than six months later, it broke down again. When I asked them, they said they would charge me again. I’ll never go to them again — there’s absolutely no after-sales service guarantee.

Worst Aircon Service Ever – Engage at Your Own Risk We booked a service for 3pm- 5pm as our aircon was leaking. Went for this company as it was a 24/7 service (we also saw good reviews and thus gave it a shot) and our aircon has already been leaking for days so we wanted urgent repair work. Waited the whole afternoon, and only at 4:45pm did they texted to say they could “probably” come at 6:30pm. Probably? Why text at last minute to change the timing? If you can foresee not being able to make it to client's place on time, shouldn't you have INFORMED IN ADVANCED that you're going to be late instead of shoving a timing at your own disposal? You’re supposed to be a 24/7 service company, yet you had the cheek to even mentioned that fixing it tomorrow would be best when our appointment was TODAY. If you dare to give a time slot, then honor it. Why should customers waste a whole day waiting, only to be pushed to the next day again with another random slot? Zero accountability. Secondly, when we asked them to check the aircon compressor, one of their repairman flat-out patronised us. His response was, “If the aircon is cooling, compressor should not have issue.” What do you mean should not? You’re already here—just go and check properly! Maybe compressor needs topping up of gas/chemical cleaning (i'm not expert but at least check it out for the client since you're at it and it was brought up) since our unit is leaking. Never even bothered to look at the compressor or go near it to listen for any abnormal sounds etc. Are you using third eyes to diagnose now? Even if it cost extra, we wouldn’t have minded paying. We just wanted peace of mind and assurance that our system is working well for the long run since the repairmen are ALREADY HERE. Instead, we got the lousiest, laziest service imaginable. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy with this company. ENGAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
