Here’s the lowdown on what we grabbed: Garlic Grilled Fish (Limbo Fish): We went with the Limbo fish because it’s super meaty and has almost no bones (highly recommend!). The garlic sauce is thick, savory, and smells incredible. It’s not spicy, so it’s pure comfort food that goes perfectly with rice. You have to add the Jumbo Eggplant. It sits in that garlic broth and just melts in your mouth. It basically becomes a flavor sponge. 🤤 Crispy Fried Pork: The perfect sidekick. It’s crunchy, seasoned just right, and great for snacking while you wait for the fish to simmer. Westgate’s outlet is always buzzing and high-energy. It’s the perfect spot for a hearty catch-up dinner. Just make sure to get there early because the queue is real!"

"The restaurant was understandably busy when we visited since it was already dinner time. Thankfully, we had queued online beforehand, so our wait upon arrival was only about 10 minutes. They offer a wide selection of premium meats and cuts, and the staff were consistently attentive throughout our meal. Service was truly commendable. "I used to eat here when I was still a preschool teacher in Singapore. Those days were beautiful but exhausting. Imagine tiny hands tugging at your shirt, little voices calling “Teacher! Teacher!” all at the same time, wiping tears, tying shoelaces, singing the same song five times in a row, and giving warm hugs in between. My heart was always full but by the end of the day, my body would be so tired. So once a month, I had this quiet tradition. After school, when the classroom was finally silent and the toys were neatly tucked away, I would head here alone. It was my little reward. My moment to breathe. No lesson plans. No circle time. No tiny chairs. Just me and my favorite Chicken Katsu. I can still remember that first bite, crispy on the outside, warm and comforting inside. It felt like a hug after a long day of giving hugs to everyone else. That dinner was not just food. It was self care. It was a reminder that even teachers need to refill their own cups. Now that I am far from Singapore, I miss that place. I miss the routine. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really enjoyable lunch here today. The food was authentic, flavorful, and served fresh. Every dish was well-prepared and packed with taste, especially the side dishes which were generous and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Service was also friendly and attentive throughout. Special thanks to Service Manager Terrence for the warm hospitality and excellent service, which made the dining experience even better. Definitely one of the better Korean restaurants I’ve visited and I’ll gladly come back again!"

"First time here after searching for nearby burger joints. The burger is 9/10 even though it's not a burger joint. The other dishes are pretty tasty too with reasonable sharing portions for 2. Food was so yummy that emptied the plates! The aglio olio was tasty but too spicy and the staff kindly exchanged upon request. The service was great and attentive too. Will be back for a family meal for sure. 👍👍👍"

"Tried Xiao Long Kan Hot Pot at Westgate for the first time and it was a great experience! 😊 The restaurant was very clean and the service was good. We ordered the tomato soup base and the butter spicy soup base. Highly recommend the butter spicy soup base if you love spicy food, it was very flavourful! 🌶️ One thing I really liked is that they allow half portions for many dishes. This is perfect if you want to try more varieties of food without ordering too much. The price is reasonable, depending on what you order. There is a $4 charge for sauce and dessert, but it’s worth it, the dessert was delicious Chinese tang yuan. 🍡 Overall, highly recommended if you’re at Westgate and craving hotpot!"

"We had an early family dinner here with a group of about 20 people, including several children. The side dishes were thoughtfully portioned and worked perfectly for the kids, while the adults enjoyed the main courses and shared dishes together. The food was enjoyable, with a few areas that could still be refined, but the overall dining experience was very pleasant. What truly stood out was the service. Despite our large group, the team was exceptionally accommodating, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. "The food was the highlight of this restaurant, everything we ordered was delicious. The cheese steamed egg , the fried chicken and the tteokbokki and the Ramyeon are delicious. The restaurant itself is very simple, with minimal decor and a laid-back atmosphere. It’s not a place you go for ambiance or full-service dining—ordering is done online, and service is fairly minimal. That said, if you’re looking for a relaxed spot with genuinely good Korean food, this place definitely delivers. Overall, it’s a great casual joint to enjoy a solid Korean meal."

"Made a reservation for a birthday celebration recently. The staff were very warm and hospitable, welcoming us into the restaurant as soon as we arrived. Food was timed and delivered expediently, allowing us to enjoy at our own pace and without much wait! Very superb service which is not found at many restaurants nowadays. When it comes to food, I would recommend the Lobster Bisque Sauce with Whole Squid pasta dish. Sauce was very rich in flavour and the squid is cooked nicely with great springiness. The Mentaiko Crab Squid Ink pasta is not bad as well, though I think it could be slightly better if the mentaiko had been lightly torched. But that's just my preference haha. Dessert wise, I would suggest the Dark Chocolate Souffle. Fluffy and rich! Towards the end, the restaurant was very nice and kind to provide a small birthday dessert for my friend, which I truly appreciate! Overall a very delightful experience and will definitely return for future visits!"

"went in at around 6:30pm on a Friday night! the restaurant was full but there was little to no wait to get a seat. the kind server told us that the food may take up to 20 minutes but the food actually arrived quicker than that! her demeanor and friendliness was also very pleasant the place was clean too! i like their booth seats haha beef shank noodle in braised beef broth: 8/10, the shank is so tender and juicy, gave around 3 pieces which is a good amount. the soup was flavorful and savory and the noodles (la mian) had a good texture chilled silken tofu with century egg: 8/10, came with bonito flakes and a savory thick sauce, nice but only got half of the century egg lol taiwan soya bean milk: 8/10, despite the nutri grade level being C it does not taste sweet at all! but nice flavor, good over ice (bf’s order) braised beancurd in beef broth: its not my thing so im not gonna rate it but he says its nice (bf’s order) apple black tea: 10/10, good combination of apple and tea flavors! would get this next time over the soya bean"

"The portion size of the main course is quite small, which is great as it allows more stomach space for the sides at the free-flow salad bar 🥗 For its price point, it's quite reasonable. Food came out very quickly and tasted alright. I had the grilled fish and black pepper sauce 🐟 While not outstanding, it was still decent and delicious 😋 The staff were very friendly and cleared our plates and refilled the sides at the salad bar swiftly 🍽️ The salad bar is enjoyable and adds to the dining experience here. I'd advise those interested in dining here to arrive early as there tends to be a queue during peak dining hours."
