Sanook Kitchen - West Gate

The food was very delicious, I had the basil tofu with rice and the kang kong leaf. Both were delicious. The food was reasonably priced and the complimentary popcorns were good. The 2 sauces were amazing especially the green one.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant from the start. The food, however, was okay but unfortunately far from excellent. The Pad Thai had a good base flavor and was enjoyable overall, but it was topped with too much parsley, which slightly overpowered the dish. The lemon slice served with it was also quite dry, which made it less refreshing than expected. The shrimp omelette was generously portioned, but unfortunately much too fatty for my taste, making it feel rather heavy. All in all, it’s a nice spot for a casual meal with friendly service, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to refining the dishes.

Friendly staff and quick service. The best way to describe the food here is “what you see is what you get.” The taste is consistent across their branches. The standout dish for me would be the green curry. The other dishes are generally good as well. The mango sticky rice, however, felt a bit imbalanced, with too much rice compared to the mango, and the mango was slightly sour. I was also not a fan of the deep-fried chicken wing stuffed with fish paste.

The prawn cake and mango salad were delicious. The tom yum and stuffed chicken wing were not great. Service was good, all the staffs were friendly, foods were served quickly.

Food - Average Service - Good Atmosphere - Good We were serve by Eja and her team, they were amazing and patient, also cater to our request like no vege. Short waiting time for food. Food taste average. Overall had a great time here.
