White Restaurant lives up to its reputation. The White Bee Hoon is absolutely delicious — light yet deeply flavourful, with a comforting seafood broth that keeps you coming back for more. Ingredients taste fresh, portions are satisfying, and the noodles soak up the broth beautifully Best of all, it’s very affordable for the quality you get, making it great for both casual meals and family gatherings. Service is efficient and the restaurant is spacious and lively without feeling cramped

Comfortable, casual dinner with nostalgic canto pop playing in the background. Every dish was served immediately out of the wok. Prompt and friendly service. Lovely aunties! Will definitely be back to try the Mala white beehoon next time.

Came for dinner on Friday night, still no queue and we got a table right away. We ordered the Original White Beehoon, Stir-fried Sliced Fish with Ginger and Onion, and Claypot Beancurd. The Original White Beehoon here in this outlet is nicer and tastier than the other oultet we’ve tried, also more egg. Ingredients were fresh too. The Stir-fried Sliced Fish with Ginger and Onion here not as nice as the other outlet we’ve tried, as the sauce is very little, I would say almost no sauce, it was just only like fried fish stirred with onion only. We couldn’t taste the sauce, but the fish were fresh, tender, and meaty, it’s big chunks slice of fish. The Claypot Beancurd was okay, taste not as nice as the other outlet we’ve tried. But the ingredients and vegetable inside were fresh, only we found 1 cut of pork belly that not so fresh, has a porky smell. Atmosphere was okay and very busy. Service was okay, we asked for chilli padi to one of the staff but never come, so we had to ask again another staff for it.

One of Singapore classics that I’ve seen over the years but have not had for awhile. It is still as good as I remember and there’s something about beehoon in a seafood broth that hits the spot. With regards to the sides, I would say skip them. Perhaps a beehoon and a fried chicken is good enough to satisfy the stomach and the soul. Nostalgic and affordable for a slightly premium weekend dinner to end the weekend.
