XW Western Grill - JEM

The portion size of the main course is quite small, which is great as it allows more stomach space for the sides at the free-flow salad bar 🥗 For its price point, it's quite reasonable. Food came out very quickly and tasted alright. I had the grilled fish and black pepper sauce 🐟 While not outstanding, it was still decent and delicious 😋 The staff were very friendly and cleared our plates and refilled the sides at the salad bar swiftly 🍽️ The salad bar is enjoyable and adds to the dining experience here. I'd advise those interested in dining here to arrive early as there tends to be a queue during peak dining hours.

Place was conveniently located in a shopping mall. Good food, portion was just nice seeing that it came with free all you can eat salad bar. Restaurant doesn't chase people out or give time limit, so that's good! The only downside was the Jem outlet doesn't answer to the their landlines calls, wanted to ask if I need reservations as its Friday evening. Minus 1 star for that. Was able to walk in, but be mindful, they will sit you when all your party is present.

Tried XW Western Grill and was pleasantly surprised by the decent variety in their buffet spread. There’s a good amount of choices for a western-style buffet, so you’ll be able to find something you like, whether it’s meats, sides, or lighter options. One thing I appreciated was how frequently the staff restocked the food, especially during peak periods. You don’t have to worry too much about empty trays, and the food generally stays fresh. That said, because it gets quite popular during busy hours, you may end up waiting longer before being able to enter the restaurant. Overall, a solid option if you’re craving western buffet food. Good variety, attentive staff, just be prepared for a possible wait during peak times. 🍖🍽️

The staff at the JEM outlet were very polite and efficient. Despite it being peak hour, they did their best to accommodate my family’s needs during our visit. The food was excellent—everything from the salad bar to the mains was well-prepared, and the outlet ensured the dishes were served hot, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Compared to other Western dining places we’ve visited, the portions here are generous, reasonably priced, and well worth it. I would also like to specifically commend sharzeen and monique for their attentive service. They checked in on us regularly during our meal and ensured that everything was up to standard. Highly recommended.

We were very well served by Julianna. She was very helpful and welcoming. We were with 2 young kids she make sure we were ok, explained how the salad buffet works and making sure we are comfortable. She let me aware of the spicy stuffs to avoid for my kid and also able to accommodate spice level for children friendly food. Thank you for your great service and food!!
