"Very friendly staff. Tried the chicken and it's tender and fresh. The place is clean and have plenty of seating. They are doing a lot of deliver so the customer pool is very big. Serving size is decent and price is quite competitive. The place is also halah so suitable for different religions to makan here"

"A Fantastic Experience with Outstanding Service! I absolutely loved the bright and welcoming environment here. The modern decor, especially the fun neon burger sign on the wooden wall, sets a really great, relaxed vibe for a meal. The service was top-notch across the board. A massive shoutout to the manager, Fabiane, who was completely exceptional - so polite, jolly, and truly went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The rest of the staff were great too! One detail I really appreciated was the kitchen's timing: all of our food arrived at the exact same time, which makes sharing and eating together so much better. We ordered quite a small spread, including the double-patty burgers, mac and cheese, and plenty of fries. Everything arrived nice and warm. If I had to nitpick, I wished the burger was cooked medium-rare to medium, but it was honestly still very nice, juicy, and flavorful. I also love that they are flexible and allow you to request side changes so you can get exactly what you're craving. To top off a highly satisfying meal, it is always great to have a Swensen's membership for those extra perks. 😄 Highly recommend stopping by, especially if Fabiane and his team are running the floor!"

"Came with friend and his parents and ordered the platter for 2 pax shared with 4 people . It’s not just chicken – the platter actually comes with a good mix of items, which makes it great for sharing. There were four different chicken styles (grilled, fried, crispy with crumbs, and chicken rendang). The rendang chicken was rich and fragrant, slightly creamy and not too spicy. The grilled chicken had a nice sweet smoky flavour, while the fried chicken was crispy and juicy. Besides the chicken, the platter also came with keropok, tofu, perkedel (potato fritter), vegetables, sambal, and rice, so it felt like a complete nasi campur set for a group. Good variety and quite filling. Portion size was generous and value for money for 4 people. Service was fast. The shop is cosy . Overall, a nice heartland Indonesian spot for group dining with good variety in one platter."

"Super good for the price! 🙌definitely more than your normal Japanese curry rice from coffeeshops. Tried the garlic fried rice with salmon previously. The fried rice was fragrant though I would prefer the salmon to be more crispy. Will visit again.."

"Had a yum cha session during the long weekend with a group of friends. Love the cleanliness and great food. Beauty of large group is we got to try almost all the dim sum dishes. All were superb and tasty! Still the old school push cart type of dim sum restaurant so we like that "blind box" kind of don't know what the auntie's cart carries. Too busy eating and didn't take any photos becos food was so good! But will just upload some photos of the many we ate that our friend shared to complete the review! Great place for makan with family and friends but recommend you reserve table - long queue around lunch time"

"Went for seafood today and the chilli crab was seriously next level. The sauce was thick, rich, sweet-spicy and damn shiok — every bite just hits differently. Even the mantou was so good dipped into the gravy, confirm cannot waste a single drop. Crab was fresh and meaty too, not those empty shell type. The thick bee hoon crab soup was another highlight. Super fresh and tasty, the broth had that rich seafood sweetness and the bee hoon soaked up all the flavour perfectly. Comfort food but atas version 😂 Honestly one of the better seafood meals I’ve had in Singapore. Will definitely come back again 🤤🦀"

"Have been patronizing Secret Receipe since they started at old IMM in the late 2000. This branch at Toa Payoh is the last store standing. I like their cheese cakes. Back then, their award selling is Baked Cheese Cake, but since IMM started to close down, this cheese cake also MIA. Their Mexican chicken (add extra chilli) and Lamb stew are the next highlights. Hope they can bring back the baked cheese cake to SG. Been here again. Every still maintaining the same standards. Cheryl, being the only constant waitress that we seen during every of our visit. She is very diligent and hard working. Need to manage the floor, serving the food and cashier. Good job Cheryl."

"Great service and a cozy, relaxed atmosphere! The beef is absolutely awesome, roasted chicken pair with olive rice is nice, and the oysters are legit fresh and juicy. Only the custard dessert didn’t suit our taste, it was too sweet and had a hard outer layer. Forgot to take photos of the chicken, but everything else was wonderful. Definitely worth coming back for! 🥩🍗🦪✨"

"Visited there during CNY period. Surprisingly that this place was decorated, with a hint of CNY, made the atmosphere great. This place was also clean and well maintained. The food stalls were quite alot. They segregated halal and non-halal stalls into 2 places, opposite to each other. Seats quantity was large. Food selection was wide too, definitely could find something you like. The price is affordable. Worth to pay visits."

"Tasty hot plate sauce with decent beef ribeye! We changed out the baked beans for a fried egg. The fried potato ball was a unique and hearty touch! Worth trying!"

"This 85 soup is actually from block 85, bedok there. This is homecook style soup which I believe is Cantonese style. The ABC is very delicious, you can taste the sweet from the corn itself, not those 味精汤。 Thier chicken pig organ soup is delicious as well. It's peppery level is acceptable for both m'sia n s'pore taste I highly recommend people come to drink soup from this stall"

"Been here a few times. A nice zichar stall within a coffee shop. Food is always good. Seafood is fresh and reasonably priced. Drunken prawns is nice but didn’t order this time cause need more people to eat it. Nice of them to give us complimentary fruits. They help with birthday celebrations by playing birthday music. Staff are friendly. Alfresco so good in the evening and on cool days"
