A Fantastic Experience with Outstanding Service! I absolutely loved the bright and welcoming environment here. The modern decor, especially the fun neon burger sign on the wooden wall, sets a really great, relaxed vibe for a meal. The service was top-notch across the board. A massive shoutout to the manager, Fabiane, who was completely exceptional - so polite, jolly, and truly went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The rest of the staff were great too! One detail I really appreciated was the kitchen's timing: all of our food arrived at the exact same time, which makes sharing and eating together so much better. We ordered quite a small spread, including the double-patty burgers, mac and cheese, and plenty of fries. Everything arrived nice and warm. If I had to nitpick, I wished the burger was cooked medium-rare to medium, but it was honestly still very nice, juicy, and flavorful. I also love that they are flexible and allow you to request side changes so you can get exactly what you're craving. To top off a highly satisfying meal, it is always great to have a Swensen's membership for those extra perks. 😄 Highly recommend stopping by, especially if Fabiane and his team are running the floor!

Update: revisited on Mother’s Day and it was a horrible experience. The restaurant is still very understaffed, service (even from the managers) non-existent. There were empty tables filled with dirty plates while a long queue of patrons not seated. So many groups came and left after realising that they were not going to be seated anytime soon despite there being unoccupied tables. While serving drinks, Milo was accidentally spilled by the waiter. While apology was extended, there was no service recovery, not even additional napkins offered for us to clean ourselves up (quite a number of us at the name got splashed). Food was mediocre at best, pasta tastes awful it makes barilla pasta and sauce from the supermarket heavenly in comparison. I grew up eating Swensen’s, and it is sad to see what it has become. Supporting this update is with more images attached. Restaurant is very understaffed, on a Sunday evening. Food is ok, per Swensen’s standard. Staff doing their best despite being underwhelmed. Serene in particular was attentive.

Service staff missed giving us water until asked. They were apologetic about it once asked, and are generally quick to give what you want (extra bowls, ketchup etc). Had to grab the baby chair myself though. And ask for baby plate also. Food is not bad - Ultra Classic burger and Bolognese Spaghetti is tasty, Fishermans baked rice so-so only. Other atmosphere is good but this place is quite pricey $20+ per main (after GST).

It was still quite empty during lunch hour today and the self-service ordering was alright until the last step where it could not process and send out the order. The staff was patient and helpful to resolve the matter and all was good. One of the staff, Helen, was very efficient to make sure my dessert and latte would be served soon after the main meal was done. Hopefully, the service will always be great, thank you.

The best place to dine in. Nice and fresh foodies. Quiet, cold, nice place and bright! Staff counter (Mr Fabiane) very polite and friendly too.. helpful to assist me in ordering. Will be me and my kids favourite place to come again!
