"Both the Paloma and Spicy Margarita were amazing! Fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. Sitting here with a drink in hand and taking in the beautiful New Zealand scenery created one of the best memories of our trip. Highly recommend!🍹🇳🇿👍"

"The wife and I had a short 8 day holiday in NZ recently from Australia that included 3 days in the beautiful Queenstown. We had been advised back home and seen on TV lifestyle programmes that any visitors to Queenstown should include a visit to Fergs to try their famous burgers and pies. When we arrived at Ferg's, there was a wait time of 45 mins if you wanted a burger however a staff-member outside the store told us if you paid a bit extra, you could enjoy a burger at Ferg's Bar which is next door. We took this advise and we went next door and ordered a premium Ferg burger and beef cheek croquettes which were simply delicious and full of flavour. All the hype around these Ferg burgers is well worth it as the establishment was full of international visitors and tourists including us 2 Australians. Highly recommended and a must try if you are ever in this area of NZ Looking forward to visiting Ferg's again when we are next in NZ."

"This place is an amazing hidden gem - spectacularly framed vista of the mountains, beautiful food, tranquil atmosphere & friendly service. We went here as a family & were seated in a large green velvet booth. This was great for us to play cards games without disturbing others while having a calm space for our kids in such a peak time of the holidays. Pizzas were delicious Italian style, yummy chips with aoli (and ketchup provided for the kids!). Let's not forget the wines (yes, the kids lemonade was also sensational I'm sure!) Which provided some delicious wines. If we have time, we'll be back!"

"The place is beautiful! very cozy, cute, and welcoming. The service was incredibly friendly, and the food was exceptional. We loved the sharing-style menu. We ordered the ceviche, goat cheese balls, grilled octopus and for the main we had the seafood paella; everything was absolutely delicious. The drinks were also a lovely surprise. We’ll definitely be back."

"This was by far our favorite dining experience in Queenstown. Matt was our server. So friendly and helpful. We loved our craft cocktails, the wine selection and the food. We had the market fish, duck breast, heirloom tomatoes and the steak tartare. It’s hard to pick one over the next. They were all so delicious. Great setting overlooking the lake too."

"Visiting from Australia and was looking for quick dinner. Cause of the cooler weather we thought we'd get something hearty. I had the Pog beef pie and wife had bangers and mash. We both enjoyed our dinner. My pie hit the spot and wife thoroughly smashed her bangers and mash. There was live band and they sounded amazing. I thought it was playing through the speakers. The pub itself had great atmosphere and quirky. However its really busy and many people came through and had to wait for a table."

"We chose Nest Kitchen + Bar to celebrate our elopement, and it could not have been a more perfect choice. We enjoyed the degustation menu, and every course was a wonderful surprise. The food was creative, beautifully presented, and full of unique flavours that made the whole experience feel special and memorable. What truly made the evening exceptional was our waitress, Florence. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to interact with. Her friendly personality and outstanding service helped create such a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, making our celebration even more meaningful. Thank you to Florence and the entire team for giving us such a memorable night. We will always remember this dinner as a special part of our elopement in Queenstown and would highly recommend Nest to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. "Excellent service and setting for a meal, we were lucky enough to get a spot on the balcony with a great view. Staff turned on the heaters when it got cooler in the evening. The food was a bit disappointing for the price. While there was attention to detail with the plating up and presentation, the dishes could have been more flavoursome. Highlights were the garlic bread, salmon tartare and chocolate fondant cake. Mains were not outstanding but good. Staff were great though, and happy for us to take our time."
