Little Mez

Both the Paloma and Spicy Margarita were amazing! Fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. Sitting here with a drink in hand and taking in the beautiful New Zealand scenery created one of the best memories of our trip. Highly recommend!🍹🇳🇿👍

Pierre was an amazing server GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. It was our first time in Queenstown and wanted a chill bar with some Mexican food. We got the chips and guacamole with margaritas. Another honorable mention was our guy Kiernan. They both made us feel so special. If you are coming to queenstown and want a drink. COME HERE. The best atmosphere! Best experience. Service was excellent!!!! Amazing people!!!!

I stumbled into this place bc of another local bartenders recommendation and it did not disappoint. The vibe is moody but high energy. Good music and the staff was super easy and fun to talk to. They provide a “trust the process” option on their menu where you tell the bartender what alcohol and what flavor profile you like and he’ll whip up a cocktail for you! Kiernan was my guy and hooked me uppppp! Knows what he’s doing with a mixer for sure and makes really fun cocktails - like the ones that involve flames and smoke bubbles. Super fun

Quaint underground bar. Bar attender was friendly and gave great recommendations on food. Everything was tasty. Spicy margaritas were one point!

I stumbled upon this lovely little bar some years ago and had the best time, and remembered the quality of the cocktails, service and atmosphere even years later. I came here again with my husband on our honeymoon, and it was just as exceptional as I’d remembered. We had their beef and lamb tacos, a custom cocktail each, and tried a range of cocktails from their menu. Each item we tried hit the mark perfectly. Genuinely the best tacos and cocktails I’ve had. The atmosphere is also super lovely. Intimate with dim lighting, and music not too loud. Additionally, the service is outstanding! I didn’t catch the name of the man that served us, but we were very well looked after. We were served immediately. We sat near the bar, and were frequently checked up on with friendly and helpful service. We were even given these surprise honey shots, which our bartender joined us in in celebration. It was such a lovely surprise and special touch! I couldn’t recommend Little Mez more highly.
