"On the 4th servicing, it's not the regular guy but a different person (Tommy) was assigned to service both of my units. And I was amazed but the service given by Tommy. I ask him if he could check on the coldness temperature. He did a meticulous job being very detail on cleaning every parts of the unit. I'm very impressed with the job done by Tommy. My problem is solved. Will try to request Amyth to assign him permanently for my upcoming servicing."

"I needed a full replacement (including pipe change) and requested 3 companies for quotations. Eric came and did a thorough site inspection, explaining patiently to me what needs to be done. He is not pushy/hard selling, he also answered many of my questions thru text quickly and clearly. He makes me feel assured as he is very knowledgeable. I have so many requests and he did not blindly agree to them just to make the sale. He recommended the best configuration and units to suit my needs instead. I decided to go with them and within days he arranged the installation. Tat, Myo and Paing started on the dot and worked efficiently on day one, installing all 4 units and 2 compressors with pipe changes so I can sleep with Aircon that very night! They then came in the next day to touch up and paint. They also used my own original colored paint to help finish the area. They are meticulous, safe and efficient, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. 👍🏼👍🏼"

"Gotta love this guy - Ah Chong, the most cheerful mechanic you will ever meet. Arrived early morning without appointment - my Macan’s AC system was losing “coldness” and probably due to a gas leak somewhere. Ah Chong did a careful overall check for 15min - including removing passenger seat side panel to access the evaporator coil (where he inserted a line camera for visual check). Since we didn’t detect any visible leak, he pumped some UV liquid into the gas system and told me drive for a few days and come back again. This UV test will help to detect any gas leak in the system visually. Told me they must do a definitive check before recommending any repairs. Not pushy at all. I was impressed with this workshop’s professionalism as I had visited 2 other workshops earlier. The guys at these 2 workshops didn’t come close to doing any serious checks and immediately concluded that I need to change the evaporator coil (quote around $2K). Ah Chong didn’t want to take any inspection fee but I insisted and he accepted a $20 PayNow to his company. Looking forward to getting a conclusive diagnosis."

No trace of dust or stains. They even ensure the bathroom is clean after washing the Aircon parts. So much better than other Aircon servicing."

"Out of the blue, my aircon lost power in the middle of the night. I searched around for quotations from various companies and was mainly given quotations of $40 to $100 just for checking on the issue, which woild be "waived should I take on their recommended service". I foolishly engaged one of these companies. One lone person came, pottered around my compressor, spoke a little on his phone, and then told me they couldn't identify the issue (!) or offer a solution (!) and I still had to pay the full price for checking (!) Most of the aircon companies gave similar quotes and/or could not give a me a clear direction on what exactly they would do, and how much it would cost. I was in disillusionment regarding the aircon repair companies in Singapore, until I chanced upon Cool-Aire via my dad's google searching prowesses. I decided to engage them because they went straight to the meat of the problem, which is that a pressure test would be done and they quoted a fixed priced for this. I also must say that the price they quoted was a lot more reasonable than what I have been quoted by other companies. The guys from Cool-Aire came in a team of 4 and went straight to work, led by someone who communicated the issues clearly and effectively, was knowledgable and gave us proper advice on the fix. Long story short, have had a very bad experience with many other aircon companies and am truly relieved and impressed by the professionalism shown by this company, and their reasonable price point. Highly recommend!!!"
