Cool-Aire Aircon Servicing

Out of the blue, my aircon lost power in the middle of the night. I searched around for quotations from various companies and was mainly given quotations of $40 to $100 just for checking on the issue, which woild be "waived should I take on their recommended service". I foolishly engaged one of these companies. One lone person came, pottered around my compressor, spoke a little on his phone, and then told me they couldn't identify the issue (!) or offer a solution (!) and I still had to pay the full price for checking (!) Most of the aircon companies gave similar quotes and/or could not give a me a clear direction on what exactly they would do, and how much it would cost. I was in disillusionment regarding the aircon repair companies in Singapore, until I chanced upon Cool-Aire via my dad's google searching prowesses. I decided to engage them because they went straight to the meat of the problem, which is that a pressure test would be done and they quoted a fixed priced for this. I also must say that the price they quoted was a lot more reasonable than what I have been quoted by other companies. The guys from Cool-Aire came in a team of 4 and went straight to work, led by someone who communicated the issues clearly and effectively, was knowledgable and gave us proper advice on the fix. Long story short, have had a very bad experience with many other aircon companies and am truly relieved and impressed by the professionalism shown by this company, and their reasonable price point. Highly recommend!!!

In summary: Fairly priced knowledgable spot on service every time. Long version: - I switched to them after issues with other Aircon firms, one told me they couldn't service a ceiling build in units, one reassembled the unit incorrectly and it started leaking and then the next one tried to charge me to replace the cooling of a unit at a high price, twice. After that I send them home and looked for the best rated ac firm I could find. Cool Aircon. I asked them if anything was wrong with the cooling and they said everything was perfectly fine. Have been using them for 3 years since. - can usually book appointment within 2-5 days heads-up on WhatsApp - they are fast and very professional, addressed any problems I saw (noisy ac) without charge - charges are fair, was always 90 for 3 unit ac for me - and here is the kicker the staff is super friendly and fixed a few completely unrelated issues in my apartment, like a loose door handle 😄

The team was professional, efficient and thorough throughout the service. They were easy to talk to and able to answer any questions we had. Would definitely reach out to them again when needed, highly recommended

I am glad to select this company for my aircon servicing. It was a sudden request due to leaking, and they are prompt on their response and made it on the day itself to come over for the services. The technician Way recommended the type of service we needed and explained clearly what he is going to do prior to each service. They are highly skilled and knew what they were doing. Written invoice is issued. Competitive pricing. Overall happy with the service. I will definitely request for their service again.

Been using them for many years. Service is excellent, communication is fast and good, pricing is fair. No stress at all. Totally recommend them.
