He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough with the cleaning and inspection. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he clearly explained the condition of the system without trying to push unnecessary repairs or upsells. The units are running perfectly now, freezing cold and quiet. Exceptional service, and Kelson is definitely our go-to technician from now on!
After much searching for a reliable and reasonably priced aircon servicing company, I decided to engage LS Aircon. Due to my work schedule, it's often difficult for me to wait around for servicing appointments. However, they were able to accommodate my preferred timing, arrived as scheduled, and completed the job efficiently. I’m very satisfied with, (Dean & Lee team) their service and professionalism.

Had a last minute leak and they were able to come on short notice to fix the leak and also service all of the other units. Dean and Wei Ming were friendly, clear in explaining the issues and easy communicate with. Really appreciate their service
