On the 4th servicing, it's not the regular guy but a different person (Tommy) was assigned to service both of my units. And I was amazed but the service given by Tommy. I ask him if he could check on the coldness temperature. He did a meticulous job being very detail on cleaning every parts of the unit. I'm very impressed with the job done by Tommy. My problem is solved. Will try to request Amyth to assign him permanently for my upcoming servicing.
One of the best Aircon servicing. Had been using them for more than 3yrs. Even adhoc services are fast and proper. Ask for Tommy. Very detailed in his servicing works. I used them for a condo handover job as well and he found out quite a few issues which end up the tenant needs to pay for it due to negligence.
Tommy was assigned to my normal servicing on the Daikin aircon. Was informed by him 30 mins before the scheduled appointment time, which is greatly appreciated! He brought along all the equipments needed. He covered my flooring with a cover before placing his ladder on, thumbs up for this special care! He will clean up the area after he is done with the jobs, even the toilet that he used to wash the coils. A patient, friendly and detailed person that I am happy with work with. Keep up the good work!
My 1st experience by Amyth was a great experience. Team assigned demonstrated higher level of professionalism, with noticeably cleaner and skilful workmanship compared to my previous vendors. Jun + assistant (yes not 1 man show) were impressive, taking time to clearly explain each step of process and requirements. Overall a job well done - thumbs up to Amyth and team. Update: They actually called me the next day to refund me (10% discount on 2nd unit of compressor cleaning), Am very impressed with their integrity and honesty! Highly recommended!
Excellent service from Brian! He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly cleaned and checked my air conditioner, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was working perfectly before leaving. The aircon is now much cooler and running smoothly. Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a reliable aircon technician!
