I recently engaged Bencool Services for the supply and installation of a new Daikin System 4 air-conditioning unit, and I am very pleased with the experience. The installation team was professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work, ensuring that everything was set up smoothly and to a high standard. I would also like to commend John from the support team, who went above and beyond to assist me with the registration of the e-warranty. Despite an error on my side during the application process, he patiently guided me through the steps and resolved the issue promptly.

We engaged Bencool Services through a trusted friend to purchase (Daikin System 3 Ismile Series 9000 BTU + wifi) and replace our Mitsubishi System 3 of 7yrs after the CU broke down. It was a very hassle and fuss-free procedure as everything was done via WhatsApp. We filled in the acknowledgement form for Climate Voucher usage and sent the Climate Voucher link to them and they did the rest. 2 workers came. Laid protections throughout the house and started to do the dismantling and installation. Halfway through, a man came (Mr Yang - I believe he’s the boss). Took a look at the units prior to dismantling and advised on a few things (what to take note, what was done previously, etc.) and left after ensuring his workers did the necessary preparation. He also mentioned on how to link up the units’ wifi via app and his office will give me a text on post-installation procedures (warranty registration, etc.). After installation, the workers tested out the 3 units for a good 15mins before they left. Few hours later, I received a WhatsApp text from their office admin if I was free to do the warranty as OTP to my email was required. Within mins, warranty registration done and a youtube link on the wifi setup was sent to me. Will definitely engage and recommend Bencool Services in the future as their service (operations ans administrative) is tiptop! Thanks Bencool Services!
