Excellent service from the aircon servicing staff today. They were punctual, professional, and very thorough in cleaning and checking the units. They also took the time to explain the issues clearly and gave helpful maintenance advice. The whole process was smooth, neat, and efficient. The service is smooth and professional. They are being very honest telling you what is needed and what is not, they willing to dismantle the aircond for chemical wash. The aircond works amazing after the service.

I had a very good experience with Yiong who came to service my aircon. He helped to top up the gas for my outdoor compressor and was friendly, efficient and very professional throughout the whole process. He explained the issue clearly and carried out the work carefully. What I appreciated most was that Yiong shared many useful tips and advice on maintaining the aircon and what to look out for in the future. His knowledge and willingness to help gave me confidence that the job was done properly. Thank you Yiong for the excellent service. Good service...i did txt them late at night...to my surprise they reply my txt immediately...and give the the next day slot for my 3 unit aircon service..this is my 2nd time having them service my aircon..the person who did my aircon is mr Seng..very nice guy..experience..and did advise me on what is good for the aircon care and the package care...no regret calling TS A-COOL PTE LTD worth money spend on it...thanks mr Seng for doing good job on servicing our aircon..highly recommend to all user out there....thank you..thank you n thank you YS A COOL...... ❤️❤️

The overhaul and chemical wash $100 And because it has been 3 years we didn’t top up the gas he tell me to do a top up so that it will last. So we agreed. $80 for the top up gas . Mr yiong did a great job 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
