"This cafe is located at Mandai Executive Public Golf Course. It’s an open air cafe surrounded by greenery. Their sandwiches are delicious! We ordered a mushroom sourdough sandwich and a teriyaki chicken sourdough sandwich."

"We came on Friday around 6pm and it was very crowded. We kinda wait for 30minutes for a table for 6. We ordered for 2 portions of salad, 1 portion of chicken tender, 3 portions of pasta, and 2 different pizzas. After we wait for about 10min, our salad came but only 1 portion of it. So we kinda ask the server to reconfirm our order list and turned out the waiter got our order wrong. She just input 1 portion of each menu we ordered so we need to re-order we a different server. In the end we got all our foods correctly but it did make the waiting time longer. Though we enjoyed all the food, and the portions very good too, maybe they can improve the service so that there wont be any mistake in the future. Summary, the foods excellent, a little bit pricey but because the portion is kinda big so it’s still a good value for money."

"Had a great breakfast and five-course dinner at Forage. The bread, black cod, and dessert from the dinner course were delicious, and the portions for the two of us were just right. For breakfast, the menu was not overwhelming and had just the right amount of selection. Overall it’s pretty nice. Haryono, Khang, and VG were very attentive and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. There is also an observation deck where you can watch the sunrise. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day we visited, but the views were still beautiful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you are staying at the resort."

"Exceptional family dinner at this gem! Hidden in Shangri-La’s lush gardens, the colonial Italian vibe—wooden shutters, spice shelves, torch gingers, and private pod seating—felt intimate and magical for our little one. Warm lighting and pool views made it perfect for a relaxed evening. Food was spot-on authentic Southern Italian. Started with silky Velutata di Zucca e Cappesante (pumpkin soup with roasted scallops, S$22)—creamy sweetness balanced by briny bites. Tartara di Tonno Pinna Gialla (yellowfin tuna tartare, S$32) melted in the mouth: sashimi-grade tuna, creamy avocado, popping salmon roe, ginger, and mango coulis. Carpaccio di Manzo (beef tenderloin, S$38) was elegantly thin over rocket with parmesan and balsamic. Pastas shone: Spaghetti alle Vongole (S$33) had al dente strands, plump clams in light white wine-garlic sauce. The star? Spaghetti alla Chitarra con Aragosta (squid ink lobster pasta, S$68)—jet-black noodles with sweet Boston lobster chunks and cherry tomatoes. 250g Bistecca alla Griglia (Angus ribeye, S$68) grilled juicy with crisp fries and sundried tomatoes. Desserts delighted: Silky Panna Cotta Coulis al Mango (S$16) with tangy mango drizzle and strawberries; classic Tiramisù (S$16) layered perfectly. Attentive service under Chef Simone Loisi matched the quality—fresh ingredients, generous portions. 5/5 stars. Ideal for families or dates in Orchard. Worth every SGD (plus 10% service/taxes). We’ll return!"

"I had an amazing dining experience at Copper Chimney Mandai in Singapore. The food was absolutely delicious, with rich and authentic Indian flavors that truly reminded me of home. There are multiple vegetarian options available, which makes this place a great choice for Indian tourists and vegetarian travelers who sometimes struggle to find good food options. The service was quick and well-managed, and the staff was very polite, friendly, and attentive. They guided us properly through the menu and ensured everything was served fresh and on time. The overall dining atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Another highlight is their excellent packaging service. You can easily get food packed and take it back to your hotel, which is very convenient since vegetarian food options are limited in many areas. Really appreciate the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and quality service. Highly recommended for authentic Indian food lovers. Portion sizes were satisfying and reasonably priced for the quality offered. The presentation of dishes was appealing and the aroma itself made the experience more enjoyable. Location is convenient for visitors exploring nearby attractions, making it a perfect stop for a relaxed meal. Overall, the consistency in taste, cleanliness, and courteous behavior of the team makes it truly special."

"Tamako meal. What more is there to say. It's a small family run (i think) business in the outskirts of thompson, near lower pierce reservoir. They serve simple japanese comfort food that feels and tastes homemade - just like how obachan made it back in the day. I went on a Sunday at 7pm, and it wasnt crowded. The atmosphere is quiet and inviting, it was clean. We ordered 2 mains, Unatama Don, which is unagi and egg on rice, with a flavourful broth and onions. I'd give it 10/10 for comfort and taste, but the unagi couldve been of a higher quality; for the price, its acceptable. We also got the Tamako Bento set - Shio Saba. At $16 i think its worth every cent. Comes with ebi tempura, chicken kaarage, potato salado, some kind of braised potato and carrot, and gyoza, with rice. All the components were cooked beautifully and well seasoned. I dont know what you want me to tell you man. Its just a nice hearty meal. Additional notes: They have daily specials from monday to thursday for $15. Those are fire too. And they give free pads in the bathroom for the womens. Yall should just TamaGO to Tamako~"

"I would like to sincerely compliment Matthew from Collin’s at Mandai Wildlife West for his exceptional service during my phone booking. Even though I have not visited yet, I was already so impressed by his professionalism and helpfulness over the call. He patiently assisted with my birthday celebration request and kindly arranged a nice table for us. He even made the effort to open up the area specially for my celebration, which I truly appreciate. His warm and accommodating attitude made the whole booking process smooth and pleasant. It already makes me look forward to celebrating there, knowing we’re in good hands. Thank you, Matthew, for going the extra mile even before our visit. Really appreciate it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best regards, Vivian Judy"

"I had a wonderful experience today during my holiday with my family at Penguin Cove Cafe. The environment was pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our meal. I would like to specially thank 3 staffs, Mary, Hidayat, and Emy, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. They greeted us warmly with genuine smiles and clearly explained all the promotions in a friendly and professional manner. Even though it was a busy school holiday with a large crowd, they remained patient and treated every customer with the same level of care and positivity. Their dedication and attitude truly made our visit memorable. I am very happy with my experience today, and I sincerely appreciate their effort in making our trip to Penguin Cove Cafe so enjoyable."

"Ultimately the best fancy halal food in the West. The food is superb, diverse, slightly pricey but very generous portions. Something nice is that even though it’s fusion, there’s still a lot of familiar flavors like nasi goreng briyani etc, so you can bring your parents that may not be too adventurous. The ambience is fancy, tall ceilings, great view. The starters are huge, every rice option is good, every burger option is good, and I’ve tried the grills multiple times over. Everytime I come, the staff are very friendly, especially Anil (hope I got your name right) who serves with a smile and great service all the time. Get the hummus with pita bread, crab meat fried rice, nasi goreng ayam, and teh tarik! The ice-cream is also soooooo nice. 10/10 great special occasion place, bring your family, friends, or date!"
