I would like to sincerely compliment Matthew from Collin’s at Mandai Wildlife West for his exceptional service during my phone booking. Even though I have not visited yet, I was already so impressed by his professionalism and helpfulness over the call. He patiently assisted with my birthday celebration request and kindly arranged a nice table for us. He even made the effort to open up the area specially for my celebration, which I truly appreciate. His warm and accommodating attitude made the whole booking process smooth and pleasant. It already makes me look forward to celebrating there, knowing we’re in good hands. A very solid dining option after a full day at Bird Paradise. COLLIN'S at Mandai Wildlife West has a relaxed, pleasant ambience and works especially well for families without feeling like a compromise on food quality. The steak was satisfying, the pasta and lasagna had a nice local twist, and the pizza was good enough that my son happily finished it, which is always a meaningful endorsement. Overall, this is an easy recommendation if you are spending the day at Mandai and want a proper, comfortable meal rather. Good food, good setting, and very convenient for families.

Date: 15 March 2026 Time: 12.30pm Waiting time: Around 20min, got 1 family or 4 pax in front of us. The restaurant just outside the wildlife park on the way to bird paradise, you can find more restaurant after that. Overall food and environment are good. Serving time from order placed also fast. Just feel the restaurant may not have enough manpower to clean the table and let the customer waiting outside to come in and sit. The chicken chop also a bit cool, but the barramundi fish can taste is freshly cook. The chicken chop feel like pre-cooked. Overall feel okay only. Price is average SGD 20 to 30 per pax. The meal cost us around SGD 46.70 include GST and service tax.

Visited this Collin’s outlet twice and really enjoyed their Mandai Exclusive Menu. The charred Brussels sprouts with mashed potato were tasty and comforting. Portions are just nice and the price feels reasonable. Service was decent both times. Will definitely be back to try more dishes on the menu. The chill environment makes it a nice spot for a relaxed meal away from the crowd.

Food were good, big portions and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and decent. No wait as it was a weekday.
