"Had the Milanese Chicken Chop at Mama Mia, Jurong Point. The chicken was fried to a nice golden-brown colour with a crisp coating that provided good texture. The meat inside was reasonably tender, and the lemon wedge added a welcome touch of acidity to cut through the richness of the fried crust. The potato wedges were the strongest component of the dish—well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and fluffy inside. The accompanying sauces worked well enough with the chicken, although they didn’t add much beyond the expected flavours. Unfortunately, the fennel salad was underwhelming. It looked somewhat wilted and lacked the crisp freshness typically associated with a good fennel salad. The presentation felt rather rushed, and the salad didn’t provide the refreshing balance that the fried chicken needed. Also the mushroom soup that came with the set meal was not even hot or like warm. But at room temperature. That ruins a good lunch to start off with. Portion size was generous and filling, making it a satisfactory lunch. However, while the individual components were competent, the dish lacked the refinement and attention to detail that would make it memorable. A decent, hearty meal that delivers on comfort food expectations, but there is room for improvement in the freshness and presentation of the accompanying salad. Overall, an average dining experience that earns a solid 3 out of 5 stars."

"Visited Wang Lu Hotpot and ordered the pork belly + chicken breast set. Really like the personal pot concept—everyone gets to choose their own soup base, which is super convenient and thoughtful. We tried six different broths: pork tripe, tom yum, mala, chicken, prawn, and clear soup. Favorites were the pork tripe soup (rich and peppery) and tom yum (tangy and appetizing). The mala broth was flavorful without being too oily, and both the chicken and prawn soups were light and naturally sweet. The meats were fresh—pork belly was rich and flavorful, and the chicken breast was surprisingly tender. Portions were generous, and the pricing was reasonable. Clean environment and good service too. Would recommend to friends and definitely come back again!"

"Have dine in this outlet on many occasions and recently they have upgraded their fish tank with a variety of live seafood. The $39.90++ 蚝久不见 set which consist of 2 big oyster, 2 mantis shrimp and 2 small abalone. Best favourite will be the dungeness crab which the meat taste so sweet, tender and succulent. The tiger grouper taste sweet and have a flaky texture while the red grouper have a milder sweet taste. The big oyster is fleshy, juicy and very tender with a briny and slight spicy taste after adding some tabasco sauce and slice lemon juice. The boston lobster and slipper lobster meat is very tender and firm, with a sweet succulent taste. The mantis shrimp meat is very soft and very sweet while the tiger prawn have a slight chewy texture. The fresh cockles is very fresh and juicy. The freshly slice tender beef taste so good with a melt in your mouth texture. Customer service wise is fantastic as all service staff are very attentive and diligent checking on the customer requirement and request. Kitchen service crews are very conscientious in preparing and plating seafood beautifully. The condiments and side dishes sections are often top up and replenished timely especially during peak hour. Environment is also very clean, neat, tidy and well organised."

"My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Dian Xiao Er (Jurong Point). The food was outstanding—especially the signature roasted duck and roasted pork, which deserve the highest praise. Huge compliments to the Chef for a superb meal! We also want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Keh Ah Poh, Ms Jenny Lau Hong Er and Ms. Liu Yu Run. Their exceptional service, enthusiasm, and excellent dish recommendations truly elevated our dining experience. Additionally, they introduced us to the new mobile app, which unlocks a great selection of exclusive new beverages upon download. We highly recommend checking it out!"

"Nice thai restaurant and conveniently located in jurong point mall, easily accessible by mrt and bus. Food was decently good. We ordered pineapple fried rice, minced chicken basil and two items from kids set meals- one with egg fried rice and other with egg fried noodles. All the food was wonderful in taste. Pricing is also good here. We recommend it!"

"It was our first time dining at Bok’s Kitchen, and overall we had a nice experience. We ordered freshly brewed iced lemon tea, truffle carbonara, chilli crab pasta, and crispy pork cheek. The crispy pork cheek was fantastic, especially when eaten hot, as it tends to lose some of its texture once it cools. The chilli crab pasta had quite a strong level of spiciness, so those who are less tolerant of spicy food may want to take note (not sure if a less spicy option is available). The truffle carbonara was enjoyable, though my husband would have preferred a slightly thicker sauce. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, and we enjoyed trying the dishes"

"Springleaf Prata at SAFRA Jurong is one of the few places that we will still make the effort to visit whenever we’re craving really good, crispy prata. Best of all, there’s usually no need to endure long queues, sweltering heat, or leave smelling like frying oil afterwards. The ordering process is very efficient, with a counter conveniently located beside the outdoor seating area. The outdoor section is pleasant but has limited tables compared to the indoor dining area. Thankfully, the indoor seating is no longer freezing cold like before. It’s now comfortably cool with good ventilation. A useful tip: find a table first and note down your table number before heading to the counter to place your order. Springleaf has also introduced a membership programme, and new members receive a $5 discount. Just scan the QR code displayed on the wall beside the cashier to sign up. Their newer protein meal sets and kids’ meals offer good value for money, and their daily promotion includes a complimentary drink. Service is commendable, with ample staff on duty and tables being cleared and cleaned promptly, even during busy periods. As one of the longest-surviving F&B outlets in SAFRA Jurong, Springleaf continues to stand out by consistently serving quality prata at affordable prices. It’s easy to see why they remain a favourite among regulars."

"It’s warm here but the food made up for it. The noodles are flavourful and the taste of the beef and the tripe are excellent. The noodles are springy like hand pulled feeling and the chilli wonton is very soft and again well flavoured. The brown sugar mochi was also springy and soft. Prices are very reasonable. Much better than those ippudo ramen which like for a few pieces of char siew cost an arm and leg."

"3rd try at this Yakiniku GO outlet already and overall it was a decent experience. The food was okay, nothing particularly outstanding but nothing bad either and it was served fairly quickly. However, the queue system was quite confusing on all my visit. While people were lining up, the QR code for registration was partially covered by the menu, causing some diners to miss it and end up having to re-queue. It would definitely help if the system were made more prominent and clearer. On the downside, hygiene could be improved. The tables and sofa seats felt noticeably oily, with visible stains, and the sauce supply was running quite low during 2 of my visit. All in all, a reasonable spot for a quick yakiniku fix, but there’s room for improvement. Spent about 59$ for 2 pax. Ordered the 200g Yakiniku GO set."

"I came on 6 May night on a safra super mum dining voucher promotion. No one was at the door to receive you. You would have to go in and then get the attention of the staff inside. The place was spacious, good for holding wedding or function. But on a normal night it was hot and stuffy with maybe a couple of air con on. Not many customers with only two other tables occupied. An indian staff received me and he understood about the voucher and how it worked with Safra members. I asked if I could take away and if there would be service charge. He said takeaway no service charge but there would be a surcharge for using this voucher as he said it was for dining in only. I found this strange as it was not stated in the terms and conditions. So I reluctantly agreed to dine in and did feedback that the place was hot. He referred me to a booth seat and assured me it would not be hot. Then he positioned a portable standing air con blower at me. But the wind that was blown was not cold. I ordered their seafood horfun and also a seafood vegetable soup. They didn't provide me with chopsticks even though I ordered Chinese and I have to call out for it. Both Chinese items tasted pretty good for a place that is halal. The horfun has two big prawns that stood out. The soup has three big prawns, a few fish slices, a couple of squid. The prawns were not deveined and I had to get messy with my hands to clear it. I was only given a small condiment of green chilli which ran out quite fast. No waiters were in immediate sight to get a service and I had to walk to cashier counter area to ask for green chilli. Overall the food was above average. Service wise was similar to a food court. The environment was the worst, being hot and stuffy. It was not worth the higher price and the service charge and GST to eat there as I perspired throughout as I ate."
