Had the Milanese Chicken Chop at Mama Mia, Jurong Point. The chicken was fried to a nice golden-brown colour with a crisp coating that provided good texture. The meat inside was reasonably tender, and the lemon wedge added a welcome touch of acidity to cut through the richness of the fried crust. The potato wedges were the strongest component of the dish—well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and fluffy inside. The accompanying sauces worked well enough with the chicken, although they didn’t add much beyond the expected flavours. Unfortunately, the fennel salad was underwhelming. It looked somewhat wilted and lacked the crisp freshness typically associated with a good fennel salad. The presentation felt rather rushed, and the salad didn’t provide the refreshing balance that the fried chicken needed. Also the mushroom soup that came with the set meal was not even hot or like warm. But at room temperature. That ruins a good lunch to start off with. Portion size was generous and filling, making it a satisfactory lunch. However, while the individual components were competent, the dish lacked the refinement and attention to detail that would make it memorable. A decent, hearty meal that delivers on comfort food expectations, but there is room for improvement in the freshness and presentation of the accompanying salad. Overall, an average dining experience that earns a solid 3 out of 5 stars.

Had such a peaceful lunch date here with my husband today. The restaurant had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, service was friendly, and we really appreciated how cozy and comfortable everything felt. Perfect place for a quiet meal and quality time together. Will definitely come back again!

Honestly I was looking forward to try this place out due to recommendation from my partner. Seeing their pasta choices I decided to dine in and find out because the flavours looked promising! Firstly not sure if it was an skill issue but not indicated properly on where to Q while we waited to be seated...Got 2 sides to enter from one near the cashier and the other further (saw people standing at both ends so I was unsure). Secondly unpleasant start because staff was not attentive as to my partner and I waiting...but hais issokay still can give chance abit Thirdly I felt very unwelcome as soon as I sat down at the chosen table, staff just gave the menu and left without any greeting or good vibes Fourth, I thought I would be okay already because the waiting time for our food to arrive like 10 minutes or less which wow I was impressed! But then I understood why food came out so fast, FOOD NOT EVEN HOT OR WARM!!! Noodles were like cold, sauce as well and the meat in the pastas... I don't mind waiting for like a reasonably time for our meals to be properly prepped but come on lah, serving cold food?? I could have made a comment on it to the waitress but hungry already T^T. The turkey strip bits ah why so hard?? Like hard rock sia (on-going issue based off other reviews from past patrons) , unfortunate that I didn't raise concerns to the waitress, that one my issue lol Fifth thing was why was it so hard to get attention of waitress? The time we dined in was barely peak hour, I fully understand if like tired or lack of man power but come on lah at least still have staff give their best and stay attentive...Raise hand for awhile like what, we in pre-school? Dessert: Was meh, $5 for that size and taste not worth, save that money and buy somewhere else TOTAL SPENT: $51... TLDR: I will never patronise this outlet ever again. With the lack of good customer service and below average food. Honestly only yummy thing was the mushroom soup at least hot and got taste lor.

Dined in for dinner on Mother's Day(10/05/2026) and ordered the following dishes: Pan Roasted Ribeye, Braised Beef Oxtail Cheese Baked Rice and Crispy Milanese Chicken with Truffle Cream Pasta at 16:49:35hrs. Verdict: The Braised Beef Oxtail Cheese Baked Rice and Crispy Milanese Chicken with Truffle Cream Pasta were served to us correctly. The braised beef oxtail was tender but also consisted of slightly fatty parts within the lean meat while the cheese baked rice was hot, creamy and cheese pulls were observed. At the same time, the crispy milanese chicken was unfortunately not as crispy as it should've been due to the truffle cream pasta being placed onto the top of the crispy chicken cutlet. However, the mushrooms were juicy and tender while the pasta was cooked al dente. We indicated in our order for the steak doneness level to be "Well Done" but we received the steak doneness level as "Medium" instead(please refer to the images attached in this review). Due to steak doneness level being incorrect, my family had to order another main(which was the Creamy Seafood Cheese Baked Rice) as my mother was unable to finish her meal. After the Creamy Seafood Cheese Baked Rice was served, we realized that the "broccoli" component that was listed as one of the ingredients inside the menu item was missing. We inquired with the service staff who proceeded to check with the chef and we were informed that only seafood were supposed to be in the dish. My family felt misled by the inaccurate and incorrect information indicated in the QR ordering system. Additionally, there were only clams and 2 tiger prawns inside this "Creamy Seafood Cheese Baked Rice" dish. Overall, this was the first time that my family patronized this outlet and it was a disappointment for the amount that we paid for the meal. Please kindly send your chef for retraining if he/she is unable to cook a "Well Done" steak doneness level accurately.

Was nearby and decided to come over to Jurong point for dinner and decided to visit mamma mia as my child is craving for spaghetti. The menu is not overly extensive and has the various mainstays as well as some of their unique items. I had the clam pasta which was fresh and al dente, the taste was good and savory (umami) that you can only get from fresh seafood. The tomato base meatball pasta was nice as well with 4 big beef meatballs, nicely cooked and fresh as well. The honey wings was delicious and even more delicious when coupled with their dipping sauce. I also had iced lemon tea and tiramisu as well, both were home made quality and freshness. The mushroom soup and minestrone soup are delicious as well, although the soups could have been a bit warmer or hotter. The staff are friendly and service was efficient, most main courses are ranged between $15 to $25, which for the quality that they are offering is considered worthwhile. The store is wide open store front, so it can get quite noisy during peak hours, but then again the ventilation is good lol.
