Manager Jk is exceptionally kind, polite, and patient. The attentive and thoughtful service made my visit truly enjoyable and will certainly bring me back again. My whole family loves this place! The atmosphere is wonderfully authentic and perfectly captures the feeling of being in Hong Kong 😍😍. My heartfelt thanks to Manager Jk and her team for their warm and thoughtful hospitality. The dim sum and drinks also have a very authentic Hong Kong taste ❤️
Been awhile since I came over to Jurong Point but these was always one of my favourite makan places. Was looking forward to dapao the char siew buns which was one of my favourite supper indulgence. It was also first time for my one of kids eating here and he really loved his rice with cabbage, eggs and pork cutlet. He exclaimed then the pork cutlet was really good, though he was a fish person. As for rest of us, got the noodles both dry, soup and with different items like the beef set and pork cutlets. The dry noodles went well with the chilli they had at each table, but think the star was the soup version. I have to admit at first glance, the food look like your typical home food at expensive prices, eg instant noodles, but they do taste really nice somehow. Alas, the char siew bun was sold out, but ended up we also had desserts like the creme bulee and black glutinous. I personally felt that the black glutinous was slightly diluted. But all in all, we definitely would still come back as my kid already told us to come back again. Service wise, the staff were pretty quick in both serving, clearing and the assistant at the cashier was also really friendly. Thus, an overall good experience here.
Wonderful experience here feeling like in HK cafe. Extensive menu with HK cafe menus - imported nissin noodles milk tea etc. The thick rice roll with dough fritter is a must order. The wanton shrimp dumplings noodles has choice of thin or thick yellow noodles. Thick yellow noodles like mee pok style. Roasted duck was delicious as well. Refillable tea at $2++. The volume of congee and noodles was generous, will be back to try out other choices in menu.
Only the beef tripe a bit chewy but texture good. Vege stalk is tough for noodles. The rest of the food we ordered I like. Can be a bit pricier if you order many dishes. Food is fresh. If order one or two dishes ok affordable. One of the 古早味道 (traditional flavours) for HK dim sum and dishes in SG.

I gotten some of my old favourites God tier: Dimsum black bean pork ribs. Incredibly umami, tender, and the best I've had. Better than the ones I've had in HK Good: Siobak. Not world beating, the flavour is really good but the ratio is not, too lean. Skin wasn't crispy. Fat texture was excellent but there's not enough fats Ckn claw Shrimp dumplings, it's good but lacking sth to make it stellar. Needs more meat The clear soup is utterly ravishing tho, so much depth and complexity Salted fish ckn cube fried rice: simple, fluffy, technically perfect, and so addictive yet easy to eat.
