Have dine in this outlet on many occasions and recently they have upgraded their fish tank with a variety of live seafood. The $39.90++ 蚝久不见 set which consist of 2 big oyster, 2 mantis shrimp and 2 small abalone. Best favourite will be the dungeness crab which the meat taste so sweet, tender and succulent. The tiger grouper taste sweet and have a flaky texture while the red grouper have a milder sweet taste. The big oyster is fleshy, juicy and very tender with a briny and slight spicy taste after adding some tabasco sauce and slice lemon juice. The boston lobster and slipper lobster meat is very tender and firm, with a sweet succulent taste. The mantis shrimp meat is very soft and very sweet while the tiger prawn have a slight chewy texture. The fresh cockles is very fresh and juicy. The freshly slice tender beef taste so good with a melt in your mouth texture. Customer service wise is fantastic as all service staff are very attentive and diligent checking on the customer requirement and request. Kitchen service crews are very conscientious in preparing and plating seafood beautifully. The condiments and side dishes sections are often top up and replenished timely especially during peak hour. Environment is also very clean, neat, tidy and well organised.

Haidilao Hot Pot Jurong Point never disappoints! Visited during Chinese New Year period and it was super crowded — definitely recommend making a reservation in advance to minimise waiting time. Even with the crowd, the overall experience remained smooth and well-managed One highlight is the three separate condiment / appetizer / dessert stations, giving plenty of variety to customise your sauces and enjoy small bites while waiting for the food to cook. The ingredients were fresh, the soup bases were flavourful, and the overall food quality was top notch Service is where Haidilao truly shines — attentive staff, quick refills, and even robots helping to deliver dishes which adds a fun touch to the dining experience. Considering the quality and service level, the pricing is very reasonable. Honestly, I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Had an amazing experience at Haidilao Hot Pot on 1 April from around 10 PM to 1 AM. Special shoutout to Tracy. She was honestly one of the best service staff I have ever encountered. She was very attentive and always aware of what we needed without us having to ask. She made sure we had everything and checked in at the right timing without being intrusive. What really made the experience memorable was her attitude. She was always smiling, very friendly, respectful and genuinely caring. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and wants customers to have a good time. Because of her, the whole dining experience felt extra enjoyable and comfortable. I really hope the management recognises her because she truly deserves it. Will definitely come back again.

Even though Singapore has many affordable hotpot options, I’m still drawn to Haidilao, and I truly enjoy dining here alone. The food quality is consistently reliable, so I never have to worry. I always feel more comfortable having hotpot here, and the service is just as excellent as in China. I usually don’t ask the staff for extra help because I can see how hard they’re working and how busy they are. Their service is already outstanding, and I genuinely appreciate their effort. 真的很喜欢新加坡的海底捞🫰🏻 Update: Came with my bf for their buy 1 get 3 more promo, so worthy😎

Fresh & delicious hotpot at HaiDiLao @ Jurong Point today. Impeccable service by Sin Wei leave our family of 3 a very memorable experience. She is very attentive, meeting our request & question very promptly and constantly keeping our table clean. Superb service. We will definitely come again.
