3rd try at this Yakiniku GO outlet already and overall it was a decent experience. The food was okay, nothing particularly outstanding but nothing bad either and it was served fairly quickly. However, the queue system was quite confusing on all my visit. While people were lining up, the QR code for registration was partially covered by the menu, causing some diners to miss it and end up having to re-queue. It would definitely help if the system were made more prominent and clearer. On the downside, hygiene could be improved. The tables and sofa seats felt noticeably oily, with visible stains, and the sauce supply was running quite low during 2 of my visit. All in all, a reasonable spot for a quick yakiniku fix, but there’s room for improvement. Spent about 59$ for 2 pax. Ordered the 200g Yakiniku GO set.

Went to eat lunch with my family on Saturday 2nd May 2026 and ordered extra Onsen Eggs. Eggs came overcooked and I asked Agatha your waitress to help me ask the kitchen to replace them because Onsens eggs are supposed to be runny. Kitchen said they already cooked ALL the eggs to this and they messed up today. Agatha gave no constructive service recovery and just told me that it’s like that and to either cancel or eat it as is. Well done and good job to both your staff in the kitchen and the floor.

My go to for lunch, dinner and sometime breakfast. Tastes are better than their main competitor after trying both for awhile. I believe its their differences are in their sauce. Double karubi is my regular menu. On top of that, they do take feedback seriously. Recommended to scan the QR code and write in. Staff here are friendly and accommodating. Respect that goes both way always. Furthermore, they are adding ice cream to their menu.

I would have given more than five stars if it were possible. The service was exceptional, staff attended to us with great care, and we truly felt valued. A heartfelt thank you to the team working on October 10, 2025. Despite the 10.10 sales and long queues, everyone remained attentive and courteous throughout. We genuinely appreciate the effort and hope to see more great deals like this in the future. We’ll definitely be returning!

An unexpected lunch stop at &Joy Japanese Food St (Jurong Point). I know I have had far superior experiences in Japan but this was good enough. The dipping sauces were thicker and tastier than other local outlets. There was a Crab Offer on in conjunction with the purchase of each set meal. The accompanying sauce for the crab was good but it was a messy business trying to eat it.
