"Alhamdulillah, at last my air-con is fixed up and feels like new. My LG air conditioner has a motor issue. It's been many months, and the warranty has expired. The air conditioner is not blowing cold air. I called the LG agent, but it didn't work out. I tried to call a few other air conditioning services. One told me he couldn't do it because he didn't have the spare parts, and others gave ridiculous reasons why the aircon wasn't cold, but I still had to pay for their trip when they did nothing except pretend to take out the cover and scam me with invalid excuses why it wasn't cold. . When I learned about ELECTROLATIF on TikTok, I messaged Mr. Latif, and he answered. He told me he can do any repair job on an air conditioner. I was delighted to know he can repair the LG air-conditioner. When he came over, he did a remarkable job. He changed the parts and did an overhaul chemical washing. He showed me before and after. I watched him working and I have to admit he is very professional. His cost is not overpriced, I can say, it is within the range of my budget but the best part of all, is that I'm really satisfied with his work done. Definitely will be using his services again. I'm recommending his services to others. He is doing a job with honesty and not like some other services that I have used before, doing an “Alibaba” job. I would have given him a higher rating. "** Beware of Misleading Advice and Upselling Tactics ** I initially gave PS Aircon 5 stars for their affordable servicing and supposed help with a water leakage issue. They advised us to replace the condensation cotton (photo 1) —charging $80 per unit—but warned it might not work unless we replaced the entire aircon system. Unsurprisingly, the leak returned within a week. When we called them back, they reiterated that nothing could be done unless we changed the whole system piping and even suggested we find another company. That was the best advice they gave. We brought in another reputable aircon company for a second opinion. They quickly identified the real issue: severe internal choking due to poor maintenance and superficial cleaning by PS Aircon over time. The new team performed a thorough overhaul, and both units are now working perfectly with no leaks. Even the unit PS Aircon claimed had irreparable wiring was fixed in just 20 minutes. It became clear that PS Aircon had been doing the bare minimum—basic cleaning, upselling unnecessary services like gas top-ups or roller removals cleaning, and ultimately pushing for higher valued services and complete system replacements. Their approach was not only unprofessional but misleading. If we had followed their advice to replace the entire system, it would have been a costly and unnecessary mistake. We're relieved we sought a second opinion—truly a blessing in disguise. Use PS Aircon’s services with caution. Don’t be fooled by low prices or polished talk. Their tactics appear geared toward upselling rather than honest, long-term solutions."

"Highly recommended! We installed two aircon units in both bedrooms in our old HDB flat. Richard and Tony are highly skilled and they installed the units with so much professionalism! Because ours is an old flat, there was more work needed than a typical job I think. But the installation was done thoughtfully and with so much care. Both technicians started at 9.30am and worked till 7.30pm because of their close attention to details. Both of them also came back on another day to do minor touch-up, which reflects their high-quality after-sales service. The work was personally supervised by the co-owners Gino and Lucas, which is indicative of their commitment to service, quality and customer satisfaction. I have not seen such dedication and commitment elsewhere, particularly in times like today where workers have to rush their jobs because of over-booked schedules, and hence compromising quality. Coordinating the installation with the office staff via WhatsApp and payment via PayNow was prompt and done with ease! Many thanks to the Cosy Cool team!"
