Exceptional Full Cleaning Service by Mr Murthi We recently had a Full Cleaning Service for our aircon units, and I have to give five stars to Murthi—he was outstanding! Murthi is truly detailed and thorough. He didn't rush the job at all and ensured every component of the fan coil was cleaned properly. I was especially impressed by how clean and tidy he left the area afterwards; there was zero mess. Beyond his meticulous work ethic, he is incredibly knowledgeable. He explained the best maintenance practices for our Panasonic system and confirmed that the full cleaning was enough to address our recent water issue. I initially had a very disappointing experience with this company. The technician arrived 40 minutes late, left an aircon flap improperly installed, and only completed 3 out of the 4 scheduled units. To make matters worse, there was a frustrating miscommunication where the technician promised to return the next day for the final chemical wash, but the office team told me they were fully booked for two days. However, I am thoroughly impressed by the company’s excellent turnaround service today. Govin and Karin came down to complete the chemical cleaning, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They didn't just rush through the work; they performed a highly thorough check-up on the entire unit to ensure everything was running perfectly and that there were no lingering issues. Both Govin and Karin are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experts at what they do. While the initial visit fell short, their swift and stellar service recovery completely made up for it. Highly recommend Govin and Karin for their professionalism.

Nasir did a great job. Even though the filter was very dirty, he patiently cleaned everything thoroughly. The office personnel also coordinated very well to execute the job smoothly from the appointment stage.
