Highly recommended! We installed two aircon units in both bedrooms in our old HDB flat. Richard and Tony are highly skilled and they installed the units with so much professionalism! Because ours is an old flat, there was more work needed than a typical job I think. But the installation was done thoughtfully and with so much care. Both technicians started at 9.30am and worked till 7.30pm because of their close attention to details. Both of them also came back on another day to do minor touch-up, which reflects their high-quality after-sales service. The work was personally supervised by the co-owners Gino and Lucas, which is indicative of their commitment to service, quality and customer satisfaction. I have not seen such dedication and commitment elsewhere, particularly in times like today where workers have to rush their jobs because of over-booked schedules, and hence compromising quality. Coordinating the installation with the office staff via WhatsApp and payment via PayNow was prompt and done with ease! Many thanks to the Cosy Cool team!

Usually not a person who will leave reviews on google and never expect that I will do this for my recent Aircon servicing. Engaged them 1year+ ago for aircon servicing and it was an ok experience. I engaged them recently due to minor dripping, the confirmation of service was quick but everything went downhill from here. The guy came over and opened up my Aircon and tell me I need a chemical wash or haul or whatever. I just did a chemical haul in feb and it is not recommended to keep doing such procedures on the Aircon when it’s not needed. Especially when my Aircons are not in a bad shape. So I rejected the suggestion. After 40-45mins I was told that my 3units are cleaned and I was being charged $100 instead of $95 without any explanations. At the end of the service, my room was left with dirty water on my not-water proofed furnitures, toilet was filled with black water. Having that said, I didn’t make any remarks, just thought maybe they did an efficient and effective job. As I’m sleeping in the same night, my Aircon started leaking water, like consistent dripping that woke me up at 5am. Woken up puzzled, I chose to contact them on this, after pointing out my doubts for the services done, it was mentioned that their guy will come down again. This time, with no prior confirmation of timing, he told me he will come after 6pm, in which I told him I deliberately opt for wfh today just to accommodate and make this service happen. The timing was then changed to before 6pm, with no confirmed time slot. Their guy just suddenly appeared at my door step at around 3pm and that totally caught me off guard. When asked for an explanation, he told me that he was nearby so just drop by out of convenience. ??? Continuing to be puzzled by what was going on, my Aircon was opened up again and he took my water bottle to fill with water and proceed to pour it into my Aircon as a leakage test, he then proceeds to clean this piece of sponge in my Aircon and told me that there’s no leakage. ??? He told me that the leakage occurred due to the wet sponge and I clarified with him whether did he left the sponge uncleaned, my question was left unanswered. After he’s done with the “service” today, he asked me for a pen and proceed to issue an invoice of $60. I was completely blown away at this point and I chose to call his boss, after the boss’s explanation saying that $60 is the transportation, additional services and in-depth inspection of my 1 unit. ????? $60 for coming down again to rectify the procedures that you missed out? And I did not see any “additional services” done. He told me the guy will do some other cleaning with the vacuum cleaner, he then proceeded with 5mins (or less) of vacuuming and tell me that it’s done. ????? To summarize my experience with them: 1. From the way they handled my problems and questions, the company seems very unprofessional and unorganized. 2. Many hidden charges that were not made clear at any point. Brochure stated $95 for 3 units, upon servicing I was charged $100. Coming down to rectify their problems resulted to additional $60 from me. A total of $160 for 3 units, the most expensive Aircon servicing I have ever engaged. 3. I felt disrespected. Not giving me a proper time range and randomly appearing at my doorstep was a huge red flag. Anyway, my Aircon started leaking right after the $60 service. All in all, horrible experience. Will never engage them again. *Updates They sent technician James down to resolve the problems. Aircon stopped leaking afterwards. My conclusions, depending on the technician, the company do have great technicians in house. I will give them update the review this time and give them a 5 stars review.

Never use this company!!! I had a highly disappointing experience with this aircon service company. We’ve used them annually, but after arranging one service, I tried multiple times to contact them for a second. I called and messaged repeatedly, but no one responded, even though my messages were read. It wasn’t until I mentioned reporting them for fraud that they finally responded (after 2 weeks of trying), claiming a “communication problem,” which I find hard to believe. Their service quality is poor, despite advertising Japanese workmanship. In reality, they subcontracted the work, and when I asked the technician for a service report, he had documents from various companies and even asked me which company I had booked through. I deeply regret choosing this company and cannot recommend their services.

Tech Lucas and Jay were very detailed oriented in explaining the issues faced and were very on the ball in making the right recommendations. They have managed to provide top-notch service that not only provide assurance on the work done, but also quality work during the course of servicing. It was a great joy working with them and the arrangements were done very smoothly with the PIC of the company. 10/10 recommend!

Been using this company many years. Their service professions are very professional, do not anyhow clean for the sake for cleaning. They will give advice to whether it is required to service or not. I have 5 units and 2 hardly use. When the service staff come, will go thru and then advice me which one no need to clean. What to take note etc. Also have recommended to my own family members and clients also. Very trust worthy company.
