Lemoncool Aircon

I’ve been using the services of Lemoncool Aircon for more than 15 years. They had installed aircon for my whole house ten years ago. Their cleaning services is excellent and the workers are professional. Thanks to Mr Kumar and Vasan! They did chemical wash for one of my aircon units. They clean it very well and tidy up my place after the job is done. Besides their servicing price is reasonable! I highly recommend Lemoncool Aircon for aircon servicing and installation.

The technicians who came over are good and friendly. One is from Mynamar and one is from India but the boss Mr Yeo not very friendly and cancel my appointment when I first made on 2 April 2026 and made me rush all the way back and he told me his workers cannot made it at 515pm . Then he arranged 4 April and told me 2pm to 3pm n then the workers came at 130pm instead and I not back home yet.

Excellent service from mr kumar and team. Detailed inspection and explanation on what needs to be done and why. Keeps the area neat and tidy after work.

Impressed by the aircon chemical clean by Lemoncool, the staff they have sent over showed great responsibility and professionalism in performing the cleaning. They showed great patience in helping my 2 units undergo thorough cleaning. I am so impressed with their service. Will definitely engage them for subsequent servicing.

1. Punctual, arrived 15 minutes before appointment timing. (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) 2. Employees worked in pairs. Great coordination. 3. Clarify the services that needs to be done with homeowner before commencing work. 4. Investigate root cause of aircon leakage and advise homeowners to prevent the problem from surfacing. Attention to detail and meticulous. 5. Service with a smile, answers all question. 6. Compressor gas checked - Inadequate and top up the gas. Time taken: 3.45pm - 4.35pm. Thorough cleaning done. (3 aircon serviced - 2 normal cleaning and 1 chemical wash)
