I recently had the pleasure of engaging iHome to install a new Mitsubishi Starmex System-1 in my home, and I am very impressed with their work. From the moment I enquired about their services via WhatsApp, the boss Ken was prompt in his replies and provided a competitive quote with no pressure attached. I had shortlisted 5 companies near my area for quotes and decided iHome was the most suitable. When the team arrived to install the aircon, they were warm, diligent, and displayed a high level of integrity throughout the entire process. Even though my installation was only a system-1, they sent a team of 4 (Yong/Fu/Chai/Sethu) who were all punctual and ready to get to work. What really impressed me was when we ran into a tricky situation with my flat's unique layout, which caused the job to overrun time. But they didn't cut corners and coordinated among themselves until they found a piping solution that preserved the aesthetic of my home and fit my requirement for a straightforward piping layout. Overall, I am grateful for iHome's exceptional service and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of aircon installation. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the end result.

Punctual and easy booking of service, Technicians are good and knows what to do, very professional in their cleaning and servicing of aircon… reasonable pricing as well and will engage them again for regular servicing of aircons. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they do not anyhow upsell 👍🏼
