** Beware of Misleading Advice and Upselling Tactics ** I initially gave PS Aircon 5 stars for their affordable servicing and supposed help with a water leakage issue. They advised us to replace the condensation cotton (photo 1) —charging $80 per unit—but warned it might not work unless we replaced the entire aircon system. Unsurprisingly, the leak returned within a week. When we called them back, they reiterated that nothing could be done unless we changed the whole system piping and even suggested we find another company. That was the best advice they gave. We brought in another reputable aircon company for a second opinion. They quickly identified the real issue: severe internal choking due to poor maintenance and superficial cleaning by PS Aircon over time. The new team performed a thorough overhaul, and both units are now working perfectly with no leaks. Even the unit PS Aircon claimed had irreparable wiring was fixed in just 20 minutes. It became clear that PS Aircon had been doing the bare minimum—basic cleaning, upselling unnecessary services like gas top-ups or roller removals cleaning, and ultimately pushing for higher valued services and complete system replacements. Their approach was not only unprofessional but misleading. If we had followed their advice to replace the entire system, it would have been a costly and unnecessary mistake. We're relieved we sought a second opinion—truly a blessing in disguise. Use PS Aircon’s services with caution. Don’t be fooled by low prices or polished talk. Their tactics appear geared toward upselling rather than honest, long-term solutions.

This is our first time using the service from PS for Aircon standard cleaning. Easy booking and reliable service. The technicians are good. Our AC was thoroughly cleaned, including vacuuming of the AC piping to remove any accumulated debris or moisture. Overall experience was good. For those looking for AC cleaning, can give this company a try.

Overall experience was good - they answered the online enquiry/appointment booking and continued to verify over WhatsApp. Then arrived for service and didn't leave behind much of a mess - which was appreciated. They were quick and efficient too! They continued to check and reveal that there were some top ups required for cooling fluids and that the condenser needed servicing as well. All in all quite satisfied with the services.
