I have used SoCool for many years. Recently I needed to service my leaking air cond unit. The usual technician couldn’t make it at the last minute, but I couldn’t wait another week, and the company got a replacement to come within a few hours. Excellent service as usual. The technician Calvin was very efficient and professional, knowledgeable, thorough and got the job done very quickly. He was very helpful, recommended dry cleaning the exterior of the compressor and even advised monitoring the coolness as he suspected the gas valve may develop a leak. I was impressed with his safety awareness, as he meticulously put on and secured a complicated body harness even though there was a railing and large enough space for him to work on.
