"Wasnt part of my renovation plan to source for my own electrician but after having a bad experience with the one provided by my ID. However, I'm really happy how things turned out as engaging One Electrical turned out to be a great decision. Their professionalism, service, and workmanship made them one of the few contractors I truly enjoyed working with during my renovation. They were very responsive — site visit was arranged within 2 days and quotation came the next day, which really helped as my renovation was pending electrical works. Brendan was knowledgeable and gave practical suggestions that improved my light placements. He also advised against unnecessary rewiring, which saved me some cost. Shoutout to Jason, Selva, and Kamal as well — workmanship was solid and they are a really efficient Team. They completed my initial electrical works for my 5-room BTO in just 2 days, and despite the number of recess lights and cove lighting for my place, they also finished my electrical installation within 2 days as well! I had quite a number of changes along the way, but Brendan and the team were always accommodating and tried their best to fit me into their schedule. Great service, fair pricing, and a reliable team. Highly recommended."

"Always wanted to buy a new phone for my love ones but always not sure which one is good. Happen to randomly browsing the internet and saw this shop. Chat with the customer service staff in Whatapp and tell them my needs. The online support is wonderful and amazing. They will help me to check my budget and ask me what is my needs and they will recommend me a phone that fits my request. After several chat, I have finalized a phone that suit my needs. The customer service support then send me the location as well as pre-order invoice. Wow I must say, very good service. Compared to physically visit the shop and keep looking at those mobile without even know what their price and function. Went to their physical store today to collect my order. Just showing my pre-order invoice and everything seems so smooth. I get the phone I want base on my requirements and budget. I must say well-done team. You guys made it. You made me visit your shop and done the purchase. Will visit your shop again in near future if I need any phone once again. Cheers ~ 1st July 2026"
