Wasnt part of my renovation plan to source for my own electrician but after having a bad experience with the one provided by my ID. However, I'm really happy how things turned out as engaging One Electrical turned out to be a great decision. Their professionalism, service, and workmanship made them one of the few contractors I truly enjoyed working with during my renovation. They were very responsive — site visit was arranged within 2 days and quotation came the next day, which really helped as my renovation was pending electrical works. Brendan was knowledgeable and gave practical suggestions that improved my light placements. He also advised against unnecessary rewiring, which saved me some cost. Shoutout to Jason, Selva, and Kamal as well — workmanship was solid and they are a really efficient Team. They completed my initial electrical works for my 5-room BTO in just 2 days, and despite the number of recess lights and cove lighting for my place, they also finished my electrical installation within 2 days as well! I had quite a number of changes along the way, but Brendan and the team were always accommodating and tried their best to fit me into their schedule. Great service, fair pricing, and a reliable team. Highly recommended.

Brendan was recommended to me and I must say, their company and staff are super reliable. Having to juggle multiple things arising from renovation, we really felt relieved to trust them to handle all my electrical works - taking off a lot of stress. Once works were finished, we were also sent video updates which we really appreciate. Workmanship is good! Brendan was also very understanding, and went the extra mile to help us despite some hiccups we faced. 5* is not simply not enough. Would recommend One Electrical a million times!

I had just moved in to my new place, a resale EM and prior to renovation works I already know I have a very tight timeline to follow, around 2.5 months for full demolition and Reno. The price quoted from my ID is really expensive therefore me and my wife decided to source for other alternative. However like any home owners out there, there were too many companies to choose from and too many scary stories being told. Then, we saw One Electrical and the reviews seems good to us, so we decided to ask One electrical to give us a quote. When they came for site visit I was already impressed, their appearance looks professional and smart, getting all info needed on their ipad, after site visiting their quotation came fast too! Brandon rushed out the quotation for me in middle of the night because he knows I have a tight timeline and he knows I want to compare prices with others too, despite this, he still provided me with superb service and advice without confirming he will get the job. Price was very reasonable compared to others and I decided to go with them based on gut feel. One Electrical DID NOT disappoint me and my wife at all, in terms of responding, advise and turning up on time on site works, it was all so good that I really feel secure giving them the job. Now, I have already moved in, Brandon still follows up with me and ask if everything's fine for me. If you are like me, worrying about what companies to choose, not sure if their reviews/services are as good as they claimed, rest assured One Electrical can do it for you. Sorry for my long review, but I was really happy, satisfied and glad we made this choice to choose them and I really want to share this to anyone who read this post. Brendan and his team are professional, friendly, helpful and quick with their responses. Solid advices given during site visit at my BTO, they will go through the available options and recommend practical approach.
