We had this trustworthy laundry rack from EZ Living and it lasted us 10 years without issues on an everyday use. Recently purchased another new one from Andy due to some rusty parts and paint cracking because of water. Andy had liaised with us remotely and purchase / advice was done even without visiting the site. The installation is fast and the new rack's heated blower saved us troubles during rainy weather. Best recommended for services and long lasting rack!
Excellent service, from the moment I contacted them to the moment they came and installed the ceiling drying rack. Bernard also advised me well on the best option to choose for my context (the cheaper manual and more resistant one for outdoor) and not pushing to sell the most expensive one. Very professional and efficient, they came on time as per the agreed time, installed it in 30 min and kept everything clean afterwards. Friendly staff with good communication! Highly recommended!
