Ever Joint Electrical Trading

So disappointed with uncle Richard Lee 😢!! I saw the Lazada discounted price and msg him to ask if I can buy from him directly (thought that I can let him earn my commission cos he was quite nice previously). Without confirming Lazada price, he called me when I was at the clinic and scolded me for being “cheap skate”. And that I will get scammed easily for trusting Ever Joint on Lazada. 😢 So don’t think I’ll ever buy anything from them or recommend anyone. So sad. 😞

I paid extra $60 for oven installation and disposal but none was done. Wire was not long enough and there was no connecting wire or plug. I told that I would need to pay extra for them to send an electrician over. So they sent someone who is not a trained electrician? They left the wire hanging and left. Did not dispose old oven. Wanted to charge me more for delivery when free delivery is included. I am still waiting for Mr Lee from Ever joint to refund me $60 since no installation was done.

I have been buying from Everjoint for over 25 years. Excellent advice given by Richard that resulted in savings. The politest team and give great suggestions.

Do not buy from this shop. They are not trustworthy. Shd have read all the negative reviews here. I ordered a freezer online, they deducted my credit card n sent me a confirmation. Yet on the same day they cancelled my order claiming that the advertised price is wrong! It has been 3 days and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'll contact CASE and the relevant authorities if I still don't receive my refund tomorrow, possibly make a police report. Do not deal with this shop! You have been warned.

This is the first time I've encountered a seller in Shopee that will force you to accept and confirm the delivery in the Shopee app on the spot - If not, the item will not be handed over to you. The delivery person refuses to leave, and even forcibly held my gate open. I had no choice but to open the package and check the item right then and there. The hood didn't even come with the 3-pin plug, luckily I had a spare one around. All this was happening while I was in the middle of a call at work. I told them that I will check after my call, but they said that they will just take back the item if I can't confirm the delivery in the app. This has been a terrible experience, I'd recommend staying away from this seller and just purchase from another seller to avoid this hassle. This akin to a seller bullying the customer. What if I was not home and some else answers the door? I am the only one who can accept and confirm the delivery in the app. And even if I forget to accept, it will automatically be accepted by the system and the seller will still get paid eventually. I simply do not understand why this seller must force the customer to accept on the app on the spot.
