Lite Mobile (Bishan)

Always wanted to buy a new phone for my love ones but always not sure which one is good. Happen to randomly browsing the internet and saw this shop. Chat with the customer service staff in Whatapp and tell them my needs. The online support is wonderful and amazing. They will help me to check my budget and ask me what is my needs and they will recommend me a phone that fits my request. After several chat, I have finalized a phone that suit my needs. The customer service support then send me the location as well as pre-order invoice. Wow I must say, very good service. Compared to physically visit the shop and keep looking at those mobile without even know what their price and function. Went to their physical store today to collect my order. Just showing my pre-order invoice and everything seems so smooth. I get the phone I want base on my requirements and budget. I must say well-done team. You guys made it. You made me visit your shop and done the purchase. Will visit your shop again in near future if I need any phone once again. Cheers ~ 1st July 2026

Replaced my Led screen and my battery in my two phones. Cost were reasonable and counter service were ok and quite standard. Good that replaced parts comes with 3 months warranty and the return the spoilt replaced parts . Enhanced customer trust in the company. Had a slight disagreement on the billing. Took up the issue with company in what's. Service recovery were good and prompt. Edwin did a very good job handling my claim . Though amount is small he attended to it expeditiously. My faith in Mobile Lite is restored. I'll send my future phone repair to Mobile Lite and will recommend it to my friends in future needs.

I visited this mobile shop on 03-May-2026 to replace my Samsung S23 display and iPhone 14 LCD, and I had a great experience. The repairman, Kiylat (as I remember), was very pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The service was excellent, and both repairs were done smoothly. I was also impressed with their online messaging service — they were very responsive when I contacted them yesterday to get a quote and ask questions. Fast replies and clear communication made everything easy. Highly recommended for anyone needing phone repairs!
