We engaged Kyan as our ID and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. He is highly responsive, always providing prompt updates on the progress of our renovation works. Kyan is reliable and delivers good workmanship, especially for electrical works and detailed aspects of the project. He also gives constructive and professional advice. For example, he highlighted loose kitchen wall tiles even though the kitchen was originally out of scope, and he suggested reconstructing the plaster wall to prevent potential future issues. His recommendations were practical and always in our best interest. The project proceeded smoothly and was completed ahead of schedule. Kyan also accompanied us during the selection of tiles and carpentry laminates, and assisted with purchasing general electrical items such as lights, offering valuable suggestions throughout the process. After we moved into our new home, we encountered some painting rectification issues. Kyan responded quickly and expedited the rectification works, ensuring the issues were resolved promptly and with minimal inconvenience to us. This level of commitment after handover gave us great peace of mind. Very satisfied with the TV console cabinet done by Konstructsg 👍 The whole design came out very clean and modern exactly what i wanted and the LED lighting really makes the living room more premium. It was easy to communicate with the interior designer and responsive, and workmanship was solid. Overall smooth experience from start to finish. We often hear people say, “Wah, that person is so good-looking, like they walked out of a comic or AI.” But in my case, our house literally came alive from the 3D drawings 😂 Our beautiful home would not have been possible without Kyan from Konstruct Singapore. We sold our BTO and had only three months before handing it over. Our new resale unit was in poor condition as it had been rented out multiple times, so everything needed to be hacked and redone. As we all know, hacking and renovation take time. To make matters more stressful, we had to last-minute cancel our original contractor due to some issues and urgently look for a new ID/contractor. We met several companies, but no one was willing to take on such a rushed project—except Kyan, our saviour. Despite the tight timeline, he delivered such an amazing job that our home looks exactly like the 3D drawings he proposed. He was extremely responsible and responsive, constantly updating us on the renovation progress. He even made the effort to personally come down to liaise with our aircon installer to ensure the installation and piping works went smoothly. Although some carpentry works were still ongoing while we were already staying in the house, Kyan ensured that his team cleaned up thoroughly before they left each day, which we truly appreciated. After shifting in, we also encountered an incident where our guest accidentally knocked into our kitchen glass door, causing it to dislodge. We informed Kyan, and he promptly sent his team down to repair it. We are truly grateful to Kyan and so glad we met him. For anyone looking for an ID who is responsible, reliable, and able to deliver exactly what he designs in his 3D drawings, you definitely have to find Kyan.

My bathroom door frame was badly damaged with visible wear off , corrosion due to water contacts. Thanks to Kyan handyman team for the excellent services. The repair work was neat, clean and professionally done. The door frame now looks much better and solid again satisfying with the end result
