"I visited to have my smartphone battery replaced. I thought it was convenient that I could make a reservation online. While waiting for the work to be done, I listened to an explanation about fiber optic internet, as it was my first time there. There aren't any shops nearby, and there's not much to see, so I think bringing a book or something to pass the time would be a good idea. The person who assisted me was very polite and helpful. They offer a 3-month warranty, so I feel secure knowing that initial defects won't be an issue. Also, my family members may need their batteries replaced in the future, so I hope to use their services again. Thank you very much."

"Limited stock and slow voucher processing—tourists should skip. iPhone Stock: They do not sell contract-free (SIM-free) iPhone 17 models here. Sapporo branches are also out of stock. Product Selection: The cosmetics and daily necessities sections are very small and limited. Voucher Redemptions: Redeeming the ¥1,000 "Have Fun in Hokkaido Pass" voucher took a long time. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the digital coupon process. Traveler Advice: Tourists should not waste time at this location. You are much better off shopping at the larger branches in Sapporo for better stock and smoother service."

"GEO is located along National Route 5 in Hakodate City, near the junction with the bypass. Our shop is on the second floor, and Second Street is on the first. We sell used DVDs and books, but we also sell a lot of food and mascot character accessories. Bookstores these days sell a lot more than just books. CDs are rare these days. I got my favorite comics here when they were released while I was traveling. The selection is good and it's easy to find. The cash register is automated. I'm ashamed to say I'm not very good with automated cash registers, but GEO's is pretty easy to use. The store had a wide selection of items other than books. By the way, I also use our shop as a landmark when I'm heading to the super hot spring bathhouse, Yu no Hakokomichi."

"I requested a buyback for my Pokemon cards and was able to sell them at a fair market price. Of course, they were in good enough condition to earn a PSA10 rating! I sometimes hear people complaining, but condition and handling are absolutely essential! (lol) The staff were friendly and helpful, and I'll definitely go back to sell more."

"Small store with anime/ manga merch and goods that seems to mostly cater to those interested in homosexual/ erotic/ smut content (which is 100% fine btw), better to be aware of this, so you don't expect to find Berserk, Steins Gate, Naruto or other animes that are less sexual. Lots of guy on guy stuff which is maybe why the store was filled with predominantly female customers on both days I visited. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Found some HunterxHunter merch which was cool."
