Incredibly large store on three floors. Like a convenience store in steroids. Everything you could want for a low price except the one thing we were looking for (a particular Japanese souvenir we had seen in the same shop but a different city). Few people around to help you, but once found they were extremely helpful. Taxis available nearby.

Wow, went in, totally got lost I tried to look for her, gave up after one round! Massively big, must have millions of products, totally cannot get the hang of this place as advertising posters etc etc block all views! Go at your own risk, and get a few hours to spare!

I went here to buy some souvenirs. The store had so many things!! It is like a treasure test from which you can find new things all the time. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful.

I had a very frustrating experience. I got lost trying to find the skincare section, and the first staff member I approached was extremely rude :( she just pointed vaguely in a direction and made it clear I was a bother. Her lack of effort wasted my time as I ended up in the wrong place. Later, the cashier was more helpful and checked stock for me, but even then I felt like I was seen as a nuisance. This was surprising since I went during non-peak hours and the store wasn’t busy. Many shelves were empty, and several items I wanted to buy were out of stock, which made the shopping experience even more disappointing. On a positive note, one staff member in a white shirt was patient and thorough with the tax-free claiming process. He went the extra mile to confirm that the items I wanted were properly checked, which I appreciated. The lone good staff and the store’s competitive prices are the only saving grace of this chain. If not for that, I would simply shop elsewhere in pharmacies where service and stock are more reliable.

A huuuge store but the layout is a bit confusing. Was hard to find what we wanted. Maybe it’s just me…
