I recently visited the store to purchase a washing machine. While there, I heard about a special offer and ended up purchasing a mobile phone and internet service at the same time. The Yamada Denki employees and the mobile phone staff who assisted me were very kind, and I had a good shopping experience. However, I'm not sure if it was an in-store announcement or something else, but there was a loud announcement about a time sale and other things playing even while I was talking to a staff member. Even though the staff member was speaking loudly in response, it was so loud I couldn't hear them. Also, when signing up for the mobile phone contract, there was a process of calling my current carrier to get my number, but the noise was so disruptive that it interfered with that process as well. Furthermore, when I signed up for the mobile phone contract at the counter, many people were walking behind the staff member, making me wonder if my personal information was being seen. It might be unavoidable due to the store's layout, but having handled personal information for insurance and other purposes myself in the past, it bothered me a little. The Yamada Denki store next to Goryokaku Station that I visited previously wasn't like this, so it's very disappointing. The service from the washing machine and mobile phone staff was excellent, but I'm sorry to say that I've rated the store environment negatively.
