I got quotations from two other companies first, but both just tried to upsell me by claiming I had to tear down the entire structure and rebuild it from scratch. Joydom was the only company that actually looked at the problem and offered real, practical solutions. Plus, they gave me the most affordable quote by far. "They have everything you need. Aunty is super nice. I was there to buy an under sink trap rubber washer. (Cause was leaking after I cleaned) The other place try to sell me the entire thing and said they dunhave just the washer. Here the aunty say “try the washer first to see, if cannot come tomorrow” So yesterday the washer didn’t work, so I went back to get the entire thing today. Ends up being much cheaper than the other store. I also wanted to get some canned spray type oil. Aunty gives me a bottle. So I wanted to see options. But aunty say others there, but this one cheap and good. Just buy what she gives you lol. Would definitely go back again."

"Tech Pay Solutions helped me with the renewal of my living room floor tiles that started to popped. Initially wanted to repair only the affected tiles but the number of affected tiles kept growing, with more number of popped tiles, and hollow sounding ones too. Then I decided to redo the whole living room with a full job to replace the tiles with vinyl. Swamy's team: Siva, Iyyappan, and other colleagues were very professional and completed an excellent job, through their good workmanship, good choices of vinyl, and at a reasonable price and timeline. They were extremely careful not to affect the other tiles in other areas of the house. They also catered to our needs very well, given the fact that my family had to stay-in during the repair work. Pre-work preparation and post-work touchups and cleanups were also done well! Thanks for the smooth sailing repair, Swamy and team!
