The shop has wide selection of lights, fans, water heater etc for our needs. Shop staff Penny is very helpful and patient introducing us the right items according to our budget. Previous year we had done our toilet bowl change and the staff had done a very clean and good job. Highly recommended!
1) JW Lights & Bathroom provide very good customer service about the wall lights and the downlights they installed at my house. As they feedback about the energy saving of the lights. 2) The Electrician have done a good job of install the lights. And most aspect is the after service follow up whenever you have encounter some minor issues. 3) I would strongly recommend any new house owners for lights or bathroom fixtures renovation to visit the showroom to view the latest products and ask for professional products pricing and installation usage solution .
Very grateful to Penny, who was patient and diligently advised the correct items to purchase, based on my budget and needs. I like most is that she didn’t have to do any upselling. She went straight into my needs and arranged the deliverables within reasonable timeframe. Furthermore, the electrician Mr Teo, undoubtedly experienced and knowledgeable. What is most impressive, is requests for add-ons were responded swiftly. Example running new pipping and bidet. I forgot to factor it when installing the WC but the team responded swiftly to install the bidet. The hardware purchase goes without saying- quality stuff. Backstory- I design and renovate myself (amateur).
Spent my cdc vouchers here. But this is a shop which I regretted spending my CDC vouchers. I’ll not visit them again. Enough said. Update 9/5/26: free bidet tap they gave during the purchase burst within 6 months of use (see photo)
Very satisfied with this company. I bought one heater, spray nozzle and SS divider tap. Shop assistant Miss was very helpful serviced me. They also have offered me good prices and product knowledge when I was indecisive. Technician installed the heater in very professional skill and fast. p/s: NEA climate vouchers & CDC vouchers can be used in this shop.
