THANK YOU RAFIQ AND ANWAR!!! I recently had a serious issue with my kitchen cabinets pulling away from the wall and urgently needed carpentry help. I got quotations from two other companies first, but both just tried to upsell me by claiming I had to tear down the entire structure and rebuild it from scratch. Joydom was the only company that actually looked at the problem and offered real, practical solutions. Plus, they gave me the most affordable quote by far. From the start, their WhatsApp customer service team was incredibly responsive and efficient. I was serviced by Rafiq and Anwar, and they were absolutely terrific. Instead of pushing for a quick cash-grab, they took the time to explain exactly what caused my cabinet issue in the first place. They laid out multiple repair options to fit different budgets, carefully explaining the pros, cons, and materials for each approach. They were extremely polite, professional, and clearly cared about helping me out. When doing the actual carpentry work, they worked incredibly fast and even went the extra mile in a few areas to ensure everything was perfect. Its workers are skilled with good workmanship & attitude plus a sense of urgency working on time & a few weekends to meet schedule. Great job by these gentlemen who did my door repair and varnishing. They were patient and were very dedicated in what they’re doing. I’ll look for them again in future if i need door varnishing service. Thumbs upz!
