Tech Pay Solutions helped me with the renewal of my living room floor tiles that started to popped. Initially wanted to repair only the affected tiles but the number of affected tiles kept growing, with more number of popped tiles, and hollow sounding ones too. Then I decided to redo the whole living room with a full job to replace the tiles with vinyl. Swamy's team: Siva, Iyyappan, and other colleagues were very professional and completed an excellent job, through their good workmanship, good choices of vinyl, and at a reasonable price and timeline. They were extremely careful not to affect the other tiles in other areas of the house. They also catered to our needs very well, given the fact that my family had to stay-in during the repair work. Quoted a reasonable price. Went above and beyond to affix a dish rack on the wall ( had to make a trip just to do so in order that the cement is dry enough to hold).All in all, very happy with the results.

The workmanship was good: the ceiling is now even and clean, and the paint finish is consistent with neat edges and no visible drips.

Swamy and his team came down to inspect our toilet when we were worried about the existing tile condition. They didn’t charge for the inspection and came on a weekend too. Despite our tight schedule they worked quickly and hack waterproof and tile our toilet up in less than a month 😍 they were also quick to fix areas we highlighted without complains too.
