They have everything you need. Aunty is super nice. I was there to buy an under sink trap rubber washer. (Cause was leaking after I cleaned) The other place try to sell me the entire thing and said they dunhave just the washer. Here the aunty say “try the washer first to see, if cannot come tomorrow” So yesterday the washer didn’t work, so I went back to get the entire thing today. Ends up being much cheaper than the other store. I also wanted to get some canned spray type oil. Aunty gives me a bottle. So I wanted to see options. But aunty say others there, but this one cheap and good. Just buy what she gives you lol. Would definitely go back again.
Unfriendly and unhelpful. Took a while to get their attention. I needed some hex screws and nuts but wasn’t sure of the size so I asked if I could get some, pay first and exchange if they were wrong. They flatly refused!
Staff took the time to help me find something even though it was troublesome and didn't make much profit for them.
Very friendly and approachable staff.. prices are very reasonable. Hardware store has everything you need for home improvement or repairs.
I was just an amateur looking to buy some raw materials for my own craft project, but the uncle here was soooo helpful and kind 😭 He helped me cut the copper pipes for free (I was quoted $3/cut elsewhere) and even demonstrated how to polish and connect the pipes for me! Thank you uncle for your kind help and patience, will definitely come again and recommend to all my friends!
