"We enrolled our daughter at this maths tuition centre only in Secondary 3, and we truly wish we had discovered it earlier. Despite joining later, we could see a significant improvement in both her confidence and understanding of Elementary Mathematics within a short period of time. Nigel (the teacher) is patient, dedicated, and explain concepts in a very clear and structured manner. What stood out most was how he focused on strengthening fundamentals while also teaching effective problem-solving techniques for exam questions. The lessons are well organised, and the environment is encouraging and supportive. Our daughter became much more confident approaching maths, and we noticed she was less stressed during her exam preparation. Highly recommended for students who need stronger guidance and support in Secondary school maths."

"We were specifically looking for a tutor who could challenge our high-achieving son in A-Level Math, not just teach to the test. Mr. Kai at Gavin's has been perfect. He introduces advanced concepts and problem-solving techniques that go beyond the syllabus, which is exactly what we wanted. His sessions are intellectually rigorous and highly effective."

"Mr Yu is an excellent Chemistry tutor who makes learning both enjoyable and effective. His lessons are engaging and go beyond regular tuition, as he takes time to help us with school questions we struggled with. He explains concepts in a way that is easy to understand and ensures we truly grasp the underlying ideas. His encouragement and guidance have really strengthened my foundation in Chemistry and boosted my performance in class. Mr Teng’s Physics lessons are always engaging and insightful. He goes beyond standard tuition by not only teaching the syllabus thoroughly but also helping us tackle questions we didn’t understand in school. His explanations are clear and detailed, making even the toughest topics easier to grasp. Thanks to his patience and dedication, I’ve gained more confidence in Physics and developed a stronger interest in the subject."

"We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with our experience at Mindspace TPY. Firstly, the way basic needs are handled is unacceptable. The children’s water intake appears to be deliberately controlled to reduce toilet trips, and they are asked to wait until someone is available to bring them to the toilet, instead of being allowed to go when needed. This is not only unreasonable but inhumane for young children. Safety is also a serious concern. The toilet is located outside the centre, yet supervision practices are questionable. We have personally observed a male trainer bringing a young female student to the toilet, which is highly concerning. In other instances, a female trainer simply waits outside instead of accompanying the children and ensuring the toilet environment is safe. For young kids, this is completely inadequate — there is no assurance of safety, and any parent would be worried about potential risks. The teaching environment is equally disappointing. Staff have been heard shouting at children simply for being excited and eager to answer questions. This is not discipline — it is discouraging and creates a negative learning atmosphere. There is also a lack of basic respect for parents’ time. Despite informing the centre in advance of a 5:30pm pick-up, children are still held back for homework or spelling during dismissal time, leaving caregivers waiting outside unnecessarily. Communication is poor and unprofessional. Feedback from parents is acknowledged but never followed up on, with no updates or resolution provided. The centre also fails to deliver on what was promised. We were told they would teach the “art of learning,” something they claim to be known for, yet there has been no evidence of this being implemented throughout Term 1. On top of that, despite paying for learning materials, we are still asked to provide our own practice books for class use. We were also told that additional worksheets would be given, but we have neither seen them nor has our child received any. This raises serious questions about transparency. Given the high monthly fees we are paying, the level of service, professionalism, and quality provided is nowhere near acceptable. It simply does not justify the cost. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and the centre needs to seriously review its practices, safety standards, and accountability."

"My daughter Abigail (Primary 1) has been with this student care centre for about 7 months, and overall we’re happy with the experience. The centre is clean, relatively new, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. The teachers are patient and helpful, especially when assisting the kids with their homework. I also appreciate that the student group is smaller compared to larger centres, which allows for more individual attention. It would be great if the teachers could be more proactive in updating parents on our child’s progress, but otherwise, it's a solid choice. Would recommend this centre to parents looking for a clean, well-managed, and less crowded student care option."

"Mr Clarence is one of the most patient and warm teachers I have met. He teaches his classes with just the right amount of guidance, leaving us ample time to practice well-picked questions. The class pace is moderated extremely well and suited to each individual. Whenever I request for help outside of teaching hours, he replies very quickly, allowing me to clarify my doubts once they arise. Thank you Mr Clarence, Mr Alex and Integral team! : )🫶🫶"

"Mr Foo is perhaps the only teacher than can make economics interesting. Infused with real world examples and a good sense of humor, his lessons have the ability to capture the attention of students like no other. With his unending patience and relentless help, my Economics have greatly improved from an 'E' to an 'A'. For any student who want not to memorise economics but understand it, Econs Actually is most definitely the tuition to go for."

"I’m very pleased with the student care and tuition lessons conducted during student care hours. I appreciate the timely updates on the children’s well-being, their arrival at student care, and details of what they have for lunch and tea break. The daily snippets of lesson updates provide great visibility and reassurance, making me feel confident that my child is well cared for and supported academically."

"Testimonial from a Grateful Parent We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Peter Fong from Epic Mind @ Hougang, a very patient and experienced teacher who has helped our son with Science and English. He is highly attentive to our son’s needs and ensures that learning is a positive and stress-free experience. Instead of putting pressure on him, Mr. Peter focuses on nurturing his interest in studying, which has greatly improved our son’s attitude toward learning. He also provides valuable support with school homework, taking the time to review it during lessons—something that has helped him tremendously. We truly appreciate Mr. Peter’s dedication and care for our son. We would also like to give a special shoutout to the in-charge of Epic Mind, Mr. Kelvin Lim, for being equally supportive and caring toward the children’s learning and emotional well-being. He reminds us that while passing is a goal, the journey of improvement and encouragement is just as important. Not to forget Teacher Sherlyn Poon, a wonderful phonics teacher who teaches the children with great effectiveness. Her guidance has helped our son learn to blend words correctly, significantly improving his pronunciation and spelling skills. She ensures that children have fully learned and mastered phonics before progressing, which has made a big impact on our son’s foundational language development. Thank you all for making a meaningful and lasting difference in our son’s learning journey. — Parent of a student at Epic Mind @ Hougang"
